goaldynboy:I don't need to reveal the heavy equipment that Nigeria have but I will appreciate that you guys start a military confrontation with them as that will easily reveal them to you; However, DICON and Nigeria military Engineers/scientists Manufacture; Mortars, RPGs, OBJ 007 ( AK47 variant), SMGs, GPMG, pistols, drones, bullets etc. Do you know that during the Civil war, the Nigerian Air force engineers converted some civilian planes to carry and drop bombs locally Manufactured by them? You think it was only the igbos that were manufacturing things to fight the war? Some keep their secrets to their chest while some overblow their achievements. As begging arms; Please tell me the Country Nigeria begged for Weapons ! ![]() Furthermore, Jonathan was the one responsible for the cash found on that plane and only very few people know what it was really meant for! If it was really meant for weapons, why was the money seized? Why didn't the arms manufacturer come out with the authentic documents to back out their claims that the cash was for the arms they are selling to Jonathan's Government? As per South African arms purchased by Nigeria; it was the anti mine APC then but PROFORCE a Company in the South West now manufacture a similar one. I can go on and on but it's better you guys to go ahead and do what's on you mind and let the whole world see the outcome. |

LKO:You can twist history to suite your narrative all you like But we all know who benefited from voting for Tambual Tambual himself admitted that the votes of ACN couldn't have made him the speaker during an interview that same year. We simply keyed into an existing conspiracy Even at that, Jonathan didn't deem it fit to appoint any Yoruba into his top ministerial slots What about that ? Chief judge Minister of defense? Minister of finance ? minister of petroleum? Secretary to federation? Even CBN after he sacked Sanusi? All these despite voting massively for Jonathan in 2011 You need to go over your dictionary and find out the meaning of the word hypocrisy again MR URobo |

Go and have your Biafra nobody is holding you. You called The president names , he his jibril from sudan and all that and worked against him. Now you are complaining. Are you the only tribe in Nigeria? Alot of tribes don't even have a single appointment in this government. You people will have to wait till next election and behave properly otherwise you get your Biafra which will be the best option for you. |

Ayiibobo:Hmmm....really a shame.....Yoruba people like you are the reason when I feel so flamed up by some useless tribalists on this forum, I just sit back and have a deep breathe, its well...thanks for bringing their stupidity to my knowledge. From the look of things, the younger generation have already towed the line of tribalism and hatred, I think Nigeria urgently need restructuring so we can go back to former arrangement of regional government as practice before the unfortunate 1966 coup, or a peaceful division of Nigeria to forestall an impending genocide or bloody civil war again |

Obatala7Kronos:All these words you just said is wrong. What makes us a country? I am not on the side of any tribe but tell me what makes a country a country. You may be enjoying what you're saying because of the mere popularity here or the likes, but it doesn't matter. Nairaland is now seen as a survey by people now to know the intent of the people of the country. And you assume, when people read these words of yours that'll they'll feel safe and love, like they're being loved. You can't spit venom on people and you expect a change in your society. The more you spit venomous words, the more those words come to the society and finally on you. This is the reason happiness is in low degree in the state and suicide on the high. In essence, it doesn't count when you insult a tribe every tribe in Nigeria has something beautiful about them but what I've noticed about this tribal gibberish thing in Africa is, that we are mostly held back just by our PRIDE. Everyone wants you to take their tribe as supreme, for example, Benin says its the supreme empire, yoruba says "No it's ours", Igbo says it's " Nri kingdom", Hausa says is sokoto caliphate. These all count to nothing. What we humans have to know is this culture was made by the persons of that period to find questions to humanity and the world at that period. Culture does not make a man, man makes his culture. Now based on this topic of discourse, what you would have done as a good citizen of the state, Nigeria. When seeing this brought to you, is analyze it and give good advice towards the topic. Spread love rather than bitterness. The more bitterness you spread the more it comes back on you, one way or the other. This is why people have this experience of feeling happy today, and feeling sad the next day, which ought not to be so. God bless you |

War will only consume you and your likes. When you boldly endorse atiku ahead of president buhari, what do think Will happen. When you accuse the president of Fulanizing this country, what do you think. Are you a sio-cultural group or a political party? It's only a fool that will not learn from his first mistake. It's only a fool that will put his/her eggs in one basket. Oga,go and meet atiku,if you need any national appointment. |

Ayiibobo:Dear brother, this person just gave you a honest answer and you're firing him with sarcastic words. Well this is what I think he meant generally. These Igbos coming to Lagos, Lagos obtained approximately 85% of all revenue generation in the country in the 1970's to 80's. Presently that has been, suitably allocated to each state but Lagos still hold a large amount of these revenue generation. Now these revenue generation are used to build the infrastructures you see in Lagos now. If you didn't know what I meant in the previous description, this is basically what I meant. For example Enugu produces coal, and it's sold for Let's say, ₦100 based on constitutional arrangements Lagos would take 50 % in the 1970's. Most people say this was because Lagos was once the capital and now dubbed the economic capital; this is another factor. If you know your geography well, you'll know what is called occupational mobility( this are one of the factors). People don't come to a land, especially when it has nothing to offer, they come when the factors draw the workforce like a magnet. Presently the large exodus of people coming to Lagos is already in its reduction and that's because, the bigger the workforce the lesser the amenities or work evenly distributed. So people tend to go back to their original homes because of unpaid rent, unemployment and all. So these are the factors of why people come to Lagos. The way I've done my research, I believe these Igbos are predominant around the areas of ogun state and Lagos areas because they are market-oriented and the only way to sell your produce, is if the market is there and the amenities for production are present. In essence, every factor just said have what they contribute because once the chain of connection is broken between the marketers, infrastructure, major companies, then there'll be a problem with economic activities. Sometimes climate is a factor too, for the exodus but that's a lesser factor. This I can say is the reason most south tribes or Igbo tribes don't go to the north or Abuja. But check it out now, the market seems to move to the area of Abuja and port-harcouth, thereby disconcentrating the sellers of these goods to these regions as you can see. Akwa-ibom is also doing the deeds, to invite these sellers of goods. So in essence, there brother. Lagos is beautiful indeed, and has the highest concentration of this tribe but it's based on this factor I had just elaborated to you and it isn't because these tribe of people were hungry or needed to run away based on some attributes. |

If them like, let them leave the message and shoot the messenger. Buhari and Co will see and believe event that will unfold right before their eyes. Igbo are the single largest African ethnic group in Nigeria. As it stands today, larger than Yoruba and even Hausa, minus the fulani and other Northern ethnic group they claimed. U want to exclude us from Government, get ready to say good bye to our territory in Nigeria. It will happen right before your eyes. |

Ayiibobo:He stated the fact there in plain English. 2019 is not 1960s. Buhari has a reputation as a brutal dictator, and Biafra file is open at the UN/ICC. NO US support with Trump and we have Israel watching from the sky like an Eagle. Without Igbo political elite, getting in the way, all hell will all but certainly break lose. Note Igbo political elite played a major role to tame Kanu. These Igbo political elite, are the people Buhari want to marginalise, thinking he is marginalising Igbos that are already fixated on Biafra, big mistake. |
