Dude, on airtel at work, I get speeds of 18 - 19mb per second, my Mtn isn't 4g enabled but it's speed at home is satisfactory. You don't know the speed of Mtn in his area. So it might as well be possible

I think it's doable, depending on where you are. Conditions will have to be perfect though and... 23mb/s has to be possible. Can mtn 4g swing that anywhere?
