check my profile page when I registered on nairaland, it has been closed to 7 years now still my voice didn't hang. so just japaaa jare. you are a judge that will decide on the outcome of the election cases. so just keep mute till that day when all the 7 judges decide on the outcome of the case. I'm not under any pressure except if you put yourself pressure. supreme court judges will decide on the outcome of the case been tendered to them by the pdp appeal. and the ruling will start from the tribunal to the appeal case, so let's exercise patience.

From ondo to Edo to Ekiti to Osun to kwara to presidential you have always lost and after losing you disappear for 1 week then come back to support another person lose again and cycle continues

Why don't you just retire, politics has not favored you my brother

No be your destiny
Stick to selling land I go support you by buying 5 plots
Just retire

Why can you not learn to stay neutral so all these failures won't give you a heart attack
if you don't know very well, I was once supporting Aregbesola course and mandate then. what i always fight for is justice. justice for one is justice for all. do you know that in the first term of Ogbeni aregbe government, I didn't get anything from him, not to talk of his second term that he destroyed the state completely. Infact it was beginning of his second term tenure in office that he owed several months of pensioners gratuities, workers and other work force in the state. up till today, the workers haven't been paid. what's their fate? I'm supporting distinguished senator Ademola Adeleke cos' the man fought for his mandate struggle. and I pray that he will be favored in the supreme court justice. what everyone is clamouring for is justice against violence that occurred on the day of election.

Supreme court is not for dogon turenci. Just straight to the facts. They can as well deliver judgement same day cos the hearing is largely a formality the briefing had been served. The JSC have essentially decided.

JSC had made there decisions based on the submisison of both Appeallants and and Defendants.

Today is just formalities and to buttress their eventual judgement.

you are Apc apologist and I will treat your case as such. I never defend or talk on ondo, edo OK. it was only ekiti, osun, Zamfara, Kano state that I'm seeking justice for and sincerely if you look the 2 states among the 4 states I mentioned, Zamfara, ekiti has already got justices in their various cases in the supreme court. I'm talking more on Rochas Okorocha case too. already inec has already appealed the judgement that was served by Justice abang of the federal high court in Abuja. so let's be patient for the remaining 2 states at hand which is osun and Kano state.

The Supreme Court has fixed judgment for July 5, 2019 in
the appeals filed by Senator Ademola Adeleke of the
Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) in respect of the dispute
over the last governorship election in Osun State.
A seven-man panel of the court, led by the Acting Chief
Justice of Nigeria (CJN), Justice Ibrahim Muhammad chose
the date after taking final arguments in respect of the main
appeal, marked: SC/553/2019 filed by Adeleke.
Adeleke, who filed four appeals, is challenging the May 9,
2019 judgments of the Court of Appeal, Abuja which
affirmed the election of Adegboyega Oyetola of the All
Progressives Congress (APC) as the governor of Osun State.
The Court of Appeal also set aside the majority judgment of
the election tribunal which had allowed Adeleke’s petition
and declared him winner of the election.
On Monday, by agreement of lawyers in the appeals, the
court took submissions from Onyechi Ikpeazu (SAN) for the
appellants and Wole Olanipekun (SAN) for the 1st
respondent (Oyetola) in respect of appeal marked:
SC/553/2019.

judgment faulting Adeleke’s

The court said its judgment in the main appeal –
SC/553/2019 – will be applied to two other similar one,
filed by Adeleke against the Court of Appeal’s decision in
relation to the appeals filed by the Independent National
Electoral Commission (INEC) and the APC.
The court, which stood down proceedings for a while, is
expected to resume soon to take the last fourth appeal by
Adeleke, marked: SC/556/2019.
Other members of the panel are: Justices Olabode Rhodes-
Vivour, Kumai Aka’ahs, Kudirat Kekere-Ekun, Amiru Sanusi,
Paul Galunmje and Uwani Abbah-Aji
Details soon.

The 60 days don't count from the date appeal was filed but from the date Court of Appeal judgment was delivered.
Please update yourself, it is from the date appeal is filed. The appeal time lag is usually specified from days to weeks.
