There are no sentiments in law - A verbis legis non recedendum est! It is your choice to say Dr. Ikpeazu was at his best of a lifetime today before the Supreme Court but that won’t change a thing! The Supreme Court verdict of dismissal that will embrace the fraudulent Dancing Bear is presently doing press-ups for the long distance it should take to reach him given that he is still ensconced far away from the shores of Nigeria on the ostensible ground of ill-health.
Apc member with their lies and propaganda you have been bursted already. no lifeline again to lie. go and ask lie Mohammed. distinguished senator Ademola Adeleke is in Nigeria since 2 weeks ago. he arrived Nigeria since 2 weeks ago. so stop peddling your lies and propaganda on social media OK. you can google it .

funny nairalander, I guess you are the judge that will precide on the case on July 5, you are very funny ooooooo. besides you guys never raise the eligibility case in the court today, I guess the APC members that went to court cos' of Ademola Adeleke has paid 3m naira they owed Ademola Adeleke in the appeal court judgement against the eligibility case. God bless Ikpeazu submissions for today. I will inform you here that the Lord justices in the supreme court will never do short cut in their judgement, they will start from the tribunal judgement.

Like your celebrated Counsel’s unsigned Notice Of Appeal your argument is baseless in law and fact. FYI, I didn’t set out in my submission to be funny and it cuts no ice with me that you - typically without basis - found me funny! Truth is, only the mentally challenged laugh at nothing funny!A verbis legis non recedendum est

As if you are the judge in the case. continue with your propaganda. God Dr. Ikpeazu for his submission of his address today. the 4 appeal was heavily loaded with the supreme court deciding on the case. he started with tribunal judgement and it shows vividly that he succeed in his submission today. I don't even see Apc saying that distinguish senator Ademola Adeleke isn't qualified for the governorship seat. I guess last month appeal court judgement on the Adeleke eligibility has put an end to their lies and propaganda. God bless Dr. Ikpeazu more for his submission today.
Is It True That Dr Ikpeazu Goofed By Not Signing The Notice Of Appeal Or Failed To Attached The Required Documents To The Application? What Exactly Did He Apologized For? What Can You Say On His Overall Performance Today?

Any small thing.. You scream "YOU CAN GOOGLE IT" as if your life depends on Google. .Who told you everything you read on Google is the truth?
Hope you won't cry blood and accept the Supreme court verdict if it doesn't favour your corrupt clients..

I trust you to blame it on Buhari and scream "DEMOCRACY IS DEAD" as usual..

Dr Ikpeazu identified the Brief of argument as being filed on
the 24th May, 2019. and the Reply Brief was filed on 30th of
May. He prayed the court to allow the appeal and set aside
the judgment of the Court of Appeal and restored the
Tribunal verdict.

Dr Ikpeazu admitted that the notice of appeal was not
attached as Exhibit and apologised to the court for the failure but was asked to be refer to the Record.

Dr Ikpeazu, upon inquiry from the Court said the essence of
their application is to amend as 1st and 2nd Respondents to
read 1st and 2nd Appellants.

Chief Olanipekun adopted and relied on the counter affidavit
and written address to dismiss the application. He said the
application is vague, no attachment, and the application is
complicit. The prayer is not grantable.

Imagine a side in a game of football requesting midway into the game that the referee shift the goal post to the detriment of the other side! That’s the essence of Chief Wole Olanipekun’s erudite submission when he said “the prayer of Dr. Ikpeazu is NOT GRANTABLE!”

Your poser reveals how low and shallow your intellect must be. Ever heard that Aristotle said - “man is a political animal”. Broken down it means a normal human ought to be concerned about goings on in his space without necessarily being partisan. That is what drives my comments. You may wish to check my posts so you can make informed comments here. Usually I do that before responding to comments I consider responsible.

it's blame game again, that was why buhari didn't perform to Nigerians expectations. very bad I must say. your prayers answered cos' Buhari has destroyed pdp achievements in the last 16 years they got power. with 4 years of buhari still Nigeria is experiencing economic challenges. Nigeria is rated as the poverty capital of the world. isn't it shameful to your godfather buhari government niiiii. keep living in your hyprocrisy level.
