Is not about sounding intelligent but the fact. Was there a foul? Yes. Was any of the keeper legs on the goal line when the first penalty was taken? No. That was why the ref explained to her again when they wanted to take the second penalty cus our keeper seems not to understand wat really happened. They played far better than us and the pressure was too much on the defense so I was expecting a goal at list. But our keeper really tried
you also forgot the fact that players were inside the box before they took the penalty, why didn't the ref cancel the goal and ask for a retake.their propaganda has been achieved at that point so no need retaking it.

Good day sir/ma,
I pray you find God's grace as the year runs out. I'd like to request for your kind assistance with regard to my final year project. I'm an engineering final year student of University of Ilorin. My project had cost me more than I could ever imagined financial wise, so I'm currently financially handicapped as at the moment. The date for final submission and payment for both printing and binding has been set to June 20, 2019. The total amount needed is 25k but I've been able to raise 14k after selling some of my stuffs at a very ridiculous amount. Please, kindly assist me in this regard with any amount you can afford. I pray God bless you and enrich your pocket. All documents for your confirmation are readily available.

The girls did so well.

No one gave us a chance- the 4th best female team in the world (France) struggled to defeat the 38th best team (Nigeria) 1-0; and even at that the so-called 4th best team got a huge dose of help from the partisan French (host) crowd, VAR, biased referee decisions (too many yellow card calls by French players not given).

This was in addition to a very unprofessional, biased TV commentary...

This game was the Falcons' most professional so far. Some analysts and pundits predicted 5-0, 6-1, 7-0 score line against us before the game...

Let's hope that we qualify as one of the 4 3rd place teams that will qualify for the 2nd round...

Best wishes, girls!

What did the referee do? It was a clear penalty which the referee didn’t bother to call till she was called by the VAR officials and yes the penalty needed to be replayed cus the keeper legs were off the goal line and is also a yellow card offense. That’s just the new rule of the female World Cup and beside our girls were just defensive today which made France played all the game but couldn’t score. We should have been beating 5-0 or more if not for the defensive game we played
U missed out the part France players rushed into the box while the penalty was taken, if you want to follow rules, shouldn't be selective

The officials were obviously bias in their bid to glamorize France.

The rule of staying on the goal line during a penalty is not a new one but they are randomly enforced. In men's football, keepers go off their lines many a times and the penalty stands. Once in a while, the referee wants a retake. In this case, it was enforced to give France a maximum 9 point and raise their profile.

Decisions like this are better given early in the match. But when a team has struggled to keep a clean sheet, and you now make a call against them and even want a retake, you are not being fair.

Refereeing is not totally about the rules. Sometimes, it is about common sense and personal judgment.

Stop talking about Oyinbo cus u don’t know them at all and for the France vs Nigeria game u don’t understand the rule and France did not need to win the game to keep peoples interest in the World Cup. You got all that all wrong. If you can send me one since u the one that noticed that penalties were taken the same way and d ref didn’t cancel it. Just 2 goal attempts compear to 22 and not a single shots on target for Nigeria and you are here talking about bad officiating. I bow o
Was her leg on the line when it was retaken? They should have cancelled and retaken again. You just want to argue blindly. Travel outside and understand how they feel about France. If the penalty was against France and Nigeria miss it I assure you it wouldn't have been retaken. Pure truth

Reactions left and right.
Aside the controversy about the penalty kick, France player better and deserve to win.

My own problem is with the coach, his decisions in this match was poor. The first half didn’t go so bad, but the second half showed his poor tactics. Your opponent are pressing you so hard, they even brought in two players more, you as the coach still didn’t think it was time for a change? The pressure continued and that resulted in the penalty, because the defenders were taken too much heat and penalty or other goals will definitely occur.

well said. the same rubbish applies to Rohr at World can cup AGAINST Argentina.. see no NIGERIAN or black coach will sit back and take those pressures lst night without making at least one substitution in the lacking area. untill yesterday I never understood the true meaning of racism. this white guys should be fired. our coaches shoud sit tight upgrade themselves and stop their nonsense corrupt behaviours whenever they are opportuned.

The NFF needs to do an exchange program with either the US, germans or France for the Nigerian female league.

Our players were outmatched yesterday and it is not for lack of talent.
It has to do with the tacticality and technicality.

Our female league is not technical enough to groom world class teams that can compete on the world stage.
We need someone like a cryuff to revolutionise the league.

I hope Pinnick and his goons at the glasshouse are reading this. Hiring foreign coaches alone won't bridge the gulf in class that exists between us and 'Eurasia'

Did you listen to the commentator? Yes the rule was there before but now one of the keeper legs is to remain on the line why the penalty is been played. Like I already said, they had 22 goal attempts why we had 2 with no goal on target and u are talking of bias and France are the host nation you know and you know the advantage of any host nation if you watch football very well. France deserve to win the match and they didn’t cheat us cus the ref followed the rules of the game. If it was like the game between esparance Tunis and their opponent in the final second leg which the ref refused to use the var which they claimed was not working, that is a cheat

Both Nigerian players and France did the same when the first penalty was taken. When it happens again and the keeper legs is off the goal line and the against protest and the ref refuse to use the var then I will call that ojoro

STFU france were stronger than us, secondly they were the host nation, thirdly we lost 8-0 against them in a friendly last time we played against them u expect us to foolishly attack them our coach came with a game plan cause this same france beat norway who beat us 3-0. And I have asked you, how did they cheat you? Can u give me prove? I doubt it. Oyinbo people do ojoro, fine but if you play better how will they cheat? Even if they do and u play better than them d ojoro will have to be obvious and be the worst for dem to win u. They do ojoro and we won the onlypics and if it was Argentina that scored that last goal at the final we Nigerians will start saying they do ojoro cus we will call the goal offside. Barca robbed Chelsea by red card and a penalty and Chelsea still won that game cus they had a good game plan. No be today ojoro don dey de football but for that one, I disagree with u cus the red followed the rule. So apologise for saying that about me and stop been ignorant Abeg

I don't agree with you. She wanted to clear the ball but the French girl has already put herself in the way and all these happen in a flash. It is when VAR repeats it from an angle then you'll think it is. I doubt if it was intentional.

Intentional or not intentional it was a foul. That’s the point. If it was an infringements and the ref still gave the penalty, I will also be here with u blaming the ref
