No! Get the reference for the company acct. I always say this. if you will be using company/business acct, get a reference letter with it.

I have a court affidavit with the sole signatory to the account stating he will pay the said amount. Is it good enough or I still need to ask for a reference letter from the bank?

If you have nothing else but that SOA to show proof of funds then carry it along with a letter from the same bank stating that your uncle is the sole signatory to the account, and if possible, an incorporation document that shows your Dad as a shareholder. Just pray the VO you meet wouldn't frown at business accounts, or that you'll be given the opportunity to present those documents if the VO isn't convinced. A personal account is always preferred.
When asked about sponsor, say that the company is sponsoring you, and that it's a family business run by your uncle and your dad is a shareholder.

I would advice you to go online and find out more about MUM because from most of what I have read online it doesn't seem to be a very good school and I think that's the reason why you are being denied study visa. Try to search for reviews about the school on Google and then decide if you want to go ahead with the school or not. Please note that all I have written is just my own opinion . Wishing you good luck

This looks like something UTD can do. It's common in Texas schools. Their deficit is always high

$120,000 deficit over 5 years.

Please i need urgent help. I have a problem with rescheduling my F1 visa interview. I was previously denied visa in May 2019, and so while booking for a new appointment i made the mistake of using the old ds160 number....I cancelled that appointment and try to book a new appointment with a new filled ds160....but the system tells me ‘there’s no appointment at this time’

It depends on the school. Mine required a few immunizations.

Immunization is not required if you're going to the US, but some schools mandate it on international students.

It depends on the school. Mine required a few immunizations.

.........meaning one will do it in getting to the school. No need for any form of immunization in one's home country.
