They usually give you photos of areas of the house and they ask you to go double check and get back to them in 2weeks.
Make sure you check properly as sometimes they omit some corners.
What I do is take photos of the omitted areas and areas that doesn't fit the descriptions on the photos given to me and send them as email attachment to the real estate. Ensure you do that wethin a week of moving in.

Let me add to what solitin40 said, it's best you take pictures of the house from all angles to avoid whatever problems that might crop up when you want to leave as some landlords can say you damaged some parts of the house when you didn't those pictures can come in handy.

On getting to the Airport I asked the price of the hotel it was so expensive can't remember the price again its per hours not per day.the stopover was over 13hours imagine sitting down in a particular place for half a day and nothing to do just window shopping and walking around plus eating and the restaurant inside the airport was expensive I had breakfast and lunch there . the wifi at the airport is free for 4hours and it's not unlimited and to get more hours wasn't easy at all after using the 4 hours I was so bored

I checked in for my other flight going to Sydney, brought sim card and adaptor and I went to the gate sat on the chair and I connected to the fast internet I was so happy ehn the stopover was short but enjoyed it the leg from PERTH TO SYDNEY was so long can't believe 4 hours journey within a country that was when I realise that AUSTRALIA IS THE END OF THE WORLD

A rental bond is a security deposit paid at the start of the tenancy.

If the property manager/owner takes a bond, they must give the tenant a receipt and lodge it with the RTA within 10 days. It is an offence not to do so.

A rental bond is lodged with the RTA online, or by post, using a Bond lodgement (Form 2).

The bond is paid back to the tenant when the property is vacated, provided no money is owed for rent, damages or other costs.

Look towards New Zealand I think it's cheaper for PHD. In most schools you should be able to finish in 3.5 years. If the post study visa is still the same by the time you finish, you should be able to get up to 3 years.

I don't visit African shops cos things are kinda expensive there. I stick to my rice, veggies and fruits but for those who are Nigeria food patriots well be prepared to spend some $$.
