Hello everyone, and Congratulations to all the successful trv applicants. It brings me enormous joy to read success stories. By the grace of God all other hopefuls will testify soon. To all the temporarily refused applicants please go through the forum to boost your ideas on how to tackle refusal clauses. After which you can ask questions. Please, most importantly do not rush any application take your time out to plan and remember every application is unique and what works for one person may not necessarily work for you. Good luck! P.S: Any potential/ Approved Thompson Rivers University applicants here for Fall 2019? |
| Re: Canadian Student Visa Thread Part 16 by oriazowan: 8:57am On Jun 21, 2019 |
Does one need to book an appointment for the upfront medicals at these places? Will the result be sent to the applicant to upload or it is sent directly to CIC? Please kindly advise. Thanks richcasey: |

Good morning everyone. Please, I'm asking on behalf of a friend. Her background check and eligibility review are running concurrently, and she's worried. Is this normal? She didn't do upfront medicals. |

Thanks once more everyone!!! And to give back to the forum before I travel, I would like to willingly assist few applicants finding it difficult to secure MSc funding admission, including magic tips on how to charm a supervisor lol. Also note, first impression matters and that determines the rest of the positive interactions depending on the supervisor’s response. I was once in their shoes and I know how frustrating it can be, this is the best I can do!!! |

I just received my GCMS note. Please, I need the assistance of the experienced gurus to help analyze it and perhaps suggest a way forward. GCMS note reads: ''I have reviewed the application. Taking the applicant's plan os studies into account, the applicant does not appear to be sufficiently well established that the proposed studies would be a reasonable expense. Given family ties or economic motives to remain in Canada, the applicant's incentives to remain in Canada may outweigh their ties to their home country. The applicant's plan of studies appears vague and poorly documented. Weighing the factors in this application. I am not satisfied that the applicant will depart Canada at the end of the period authorized for their stay. For the reasons above, I have refused this application." |

Hello house. Success to all TRV hopefuls. I will be putting in my application again next week without much help from my gcms notes as it was blank. I hope to have adequately tackled reasons for refusal on grounds of purpose of visit, home ties & travel history. @Frankrobbn1 I'll appreciate if you can take a look at what I have put togethet (LOE) to see if its good enough or any other guru in the house availabe @Qudkom @Bracha ... I understand everybody is busy. Thanks and God bless everyone selflessly helping to increase the success story out here. One love! |
