Only the President, Vice President or Prime Minister enjoy official cars in European countries and Canada. And they are limited in number to around 4 to 8 cars
In Nigeria the convoy ranges from 8 for a Local Government Chairman to 60 for a Governor,Minister, Senate President or Speaker.

Nigerian leaders just let power intoxicate them.
