Hum2020:Hmmm Yes! We will follow his lead but we will have to pause after leveling, we can't do the pent on the basement cos it we have to cure for 28days attaining the level of accuracy 98% But for now we will do the Decking but has been cancelled a lot of times with the fear of fund. The level of accuracy here is beyond expected and this means all was done well from the onset(profiling/setting out). All columns fallen in place throughout the 22.075m alongside the mechanical works, all fall align. We ensure no details is less unchecked/untouched

The main entrance is 1500mm width not like common residential entrance door of 1200mm. We have 1200mm width for sliding leading to the main lounge from the anteroom.

Work in progress. Lobby connecting the 4 Rooms at a go as requested, tho there is a lobby for a room and 2 other rooms has a free area reaching your closet (WIC) before your left before reaching your bedroom leading to your toilet at the left sides for both respectively

Hum2020:Nah! No double wall @the kitchen. I'm trying to say we have 4 coaches at the kitchen while others are 3 coaches except for the main lounge having 2 coaches with double arc as well. All in exception of toilets and store @6coaches. 1 Like

Hum2020:Yh! You know there is a change in plan like introduction of basement which is closely half of the entire Area covered then rod price increases. The sellers here can tell us better. The initially bill goes for 3.6m for the foundation. 325sqm area covered. But with the Basement, the expenses changed and far more than expected was spent. The client is in charge of the materials so I can't say much on the expenses all I know is availability of materials on site since we have the family around. It's client's choice in letting a firm buy materials not ours. Starting from the block work I can give more record since we have started what it's the actually plan. More breakdown later. Thanks |
