What do you make up of this.

1. A lady told me not to have a girl friend in any environment I stay, either street or yard.

2. She told another girl to breakup with his boyfriend so she might marry that staying with the boy for more than 4 years is tying her from marrying

Now,

1. This same lady who gave me the advise is now having an affair with a boy in her street.

2. She has not been with her husband for more than 5years

Now, is the advise she has given justifiable?

Please, could you help me with the correct version of what I wrote. Or you could just point out my mistakes.
