Not everything is supernatural, in some cases the househelp may be more responsible than madam but just unfortunate in life. At times overconfidence dey make madam misbehave, dey nag, fight family, dey do runs. To reward her 4 her waywardness the husband can take the househep and lots of them proof to be good wife

Well...to be honest, my two sisters have had the same maids for about 3yrs and 5yrs without incidence. My brother's wife's maid even relocated with the family from a south eastern state to a western state.
