Hello everyone. My fiance got her Visa last year which I posted her transcript here with a school but she could not go because of her mums health that gulp there money. But this year year she got a school again which gave her like 70 percent scholarship. My question is, Should she go for another Visa interview with this new school because we learnt that its somehow hard to transfer to another school immediately when someone gets to US or we should try to pay for a semester and transfer after? Thanks
She should not go for another interview...she can simply request her SEVIS details from the previous school to be transferred to the new school..let her simply contact her DSO if that is want she wants to do.

Good evening All.

I've read and believe I need advice here.

I have a Bsc. In Accounting from Nigeria , MSC. HRM from UK. Worked for 3 years in Communications Industry and now looking to change careerdue to life experiences. Applying to a college in Ontario for Pre-health in hope of studying Occupational Therapy or Physiotherapy. Agent advising that there may be hitches cos my degree is way higher than what I'm going for. I want to proceed but please advice .

Good evening All.

I need your advise. I have a BSC. in Accounting (Nigeria), MSC. HRM(UK ) . I want to apply to a College in Canada through an Agent but I'm being adviced that there may be issues cos the programme of interest ( Pre-Health) is lower than my Academic qualifications. I plan to change my career to Health line based on Interests and experiences. Please help.
Re: General USA Student Visa Enquiries-part 15 by fairheart(m): 10:57pm On Jun 27, 2019
Your agent may be making sense. You have been on the upper rung of the ladder, but now coming down to a different path. While that is not a problem, and may be necessary for your new interest, the Canadian consular that will review your application may not see it that way.

However, with a very sound Statement of Purpose, which is a critical part of your documentations for Canada study visa, you may not have any hitches and get your visa. I'd like to know why you are switching (just personally interested, and if you don't mind, share that here openly). Someone who actually wanted to migrate will not go to the UK and return to Nigeria. So, I believe you have settled the perception that every non-immigrant applicant is intending immigrant.

So, you have a chance that if you put your documentations well, you'll not have any issue, and get your visa. And please, we mostly deal with US student visa here.
