S.a vfs lagos now gives appointment date b4 submitting...

Good day house. I apply for tourist Visa in Abuja, its been 2 months and 18 days now and spoke to someone today who is a traveling agent, according what he said.. that abuja have stopped issuing Visas for now, for the past 1 month or more. He said there's this woman that works at the embassy, maybe the consular or so, that she will return to SA by next month ending and thats when they'll start issuing visas. According to him the woman is the reason for the visa delay in Abuja. Please how true is this? Is there anyone that got Visa from Abuja this month?

I submitted at abuja embassy 27th last month for visit visa till now I've not heard anything from them and they said 15 working days and this is 19 working days pls anyone also facing same problem

Cool down, it’s just 19 days, some of us here have been waiting for visa since feb and March. Just be patient.

Did vfs write 15 working days as the processing day on your slip?

Get someone from SA to pay for you. It's easier that way

guys please , if I have a 3 years voluntary permit visa , and say I am In lagos for a while , can I apply for another visitors visa while in lagos ?

I paid mine with Sterling Bank in 2017, but i don't know for now. With this our everchanging CBN Policies. But your best bet is to get someone with a domiciliary account, particularly GTB Domiciliary account. I used it in March to pay school fees to UNISA

What is the essence of the new Visa you’re looking to apply for hence you have an existing one?

if I stay too long out of SA , they can cancel the visa at port of entry

so we wait till July ending b4 they start issuing visa this is serious ooo visit visa is taking 2months to be processed what is really happening to this abuja embassy sef I thought they were even Berra than Lagos buh it seems they are worse.....

I have most of the requirements except a few.

Please do I need a Police clearance and Medical Report as well?

Also do I need to really book and make payment for the flight ticket? I wish to travel with South African Airways.

Is there a minimum amount I must have in my bank account since I am submitting a bank Statement.?

I will be most grateful if my questions are answered.

I was a holder of the said “ Volunteer Permit” for 3 years before I changed status. I can confirm to you that I have stayed outside the Republic for 3 months and 2 months plus on numerous occasions. Did you travel or traveling with an ID card that can confirm that you're truly volunteering with the organization? Another tip, when returning to SA, depart Nigeria on a Saturday so you can arrive SA on Sunday morning. Also, dress formal and be confident. I know their immigration can be tough sometimes! In a Nutshell, You don't need to apply for another Visitors Visa Sir.

Applied on 24th May for a Tourist Visa in Lagos and just got email for collection today 11th June. with the concluded public holidays, it means it only took 9 working days to finalize my application. This will be my second visit to south Africa, have visited in 2016.

Congratulations bro. Please how much do they collect for the visa fee at Lagos.?
What was the amount on your bank account when you applied.?
Can you send me a sample of the introduction letter?
Did you actually made payment for the flight ticket and accommodation.

2: The Visa Fee: 34k ( Regular Submission) without courier or VIP Section.

3: How do I send a copy of the Self introduction Letter? Mind you, It is your employer that will give you an Introduction letter but if you’re self employed, have your secretary draft one and sign for you as well.
