One thing is clear in my mind, the Pastor sleeps with his members. It may be termed consensual but in law, a higher level of consent is required if you are in a fiduciary relationship with someone. The law imposes a higher threshold for those who are in a position of trust over other people, such that those other people's judgment may become impaired due to this relationship.
