Please help a brother with this Visa application of a thing.

I want to book my medicals and biometrics together so that I don't get to go to Lagos twice. However, the interface of immi account is a bit confusing.

I read online that to get a hap ID, I have to click on create new application and then select health. Please is this the normal thing? I didn't see where to upload anything although I don't know if it comes after submission.

For biometrics, I don't know how to book for that one. Then what is FRONT LOADING? Some folks have used it here severally but I don't really understand and would like to know how to do it

Please help oooo before I make a mistake.
Thanks

Thanks for the response
What if it’s an unstructured company? Say beauty & aesthetics?

Hi Czorx,

Write your volunteering experience in a compelling manner to cover for the GAP years? Do you currently work in a place, even though it's not been long? Then add it to your application.

I think you will still need for visa application except you are a PhD Candidate or so.

I do not support this. They know, but it's a truth they don't want to hear from you.

You are definitely going to show 7,300 AUD thereabout if she is following you. In my opinion the evidence of support is the financial statement. Mention that whichever of your parents who has tendered their statement will support your partners stay financially. E.g. My father has agreed to sponsor Rendy, with his financial statement reflecting this. This is the common tradition.

You do be contradicting yourself by showing a SOA of $7,300 and claiming to be supporting your partner.

Just because you say your wife will be picking up a job doesn't warrant a visa denial. There is a provision for applicant and dependent to pick up jobs while studying. The question doesn't ask how you intend to fund your studies?

There are lots of things a person is assessed on for a visa to be given or denied. Australia wants people who will help improve their economy and they know majority of students from Africa do not fall in their category. You don't assess a potential brilliant hard-working person just because of their financial status and present unfavorable location. Lots of Nigerians and Africans have proven that and the immigration has the records. So why lie about your spouse picking up job while in Australia when they are allowed to?

Money made here is spent here and also contributes to nation building.

I always encourage applicants not to throw in SOA until you are asked to do so by their CO.

International student is an industry. They want you to bring your foreign earned money to their country. If you let them think you ll make money from their economy, it defies their whole plan.

If you are applying for Msc , write to inform them English has been the medium of study for your first degree and provide them with letter from your University to buttress your claim.
And ask for IETLS to be waived.

If your have a good cgpa, that will help too. Immigration doesn't really care if school approves you as a potential student. That is what streamline application is all about.

Click on the link before to create and register your details. Make sure their are no errors when registering as it may lead you to putting in more paperwork.

I read online that to get a hap ID, I have to click on create new application and then select health. Please is this the normal thing? I didn't see where to upload anything although I don't know if it comes after submission.

This link will guide you on step by step to generate a HAP ID

For biometrics, I don't know how to book for that one. Then what is FRONT LOADING? Some folks have used it here severally but I don't really understand and would like to know how to do it

You need to book through the approved health physician either in Lagos or Abuja.

Front loading means you submit all your documents before the case officer ask you to do so. It helps in facilitating your visa application.

The medical staff / medical professional who carried out your health examination uploads your result to the immigration via the link below. You also have access to that link thou not the results.

So what course are u studying now in Oz cause am also studied law and am hoping to apply for a masters
Amy3090:
For intended applicants, please everything about this process is as sanctioned by God, yet we as human have to put in so much efforts.

If you intend to apply anytime soon, I might not be a guru but I must tell you that this process took me two solid years. Infact I was cleared for visa by the UNE but I dropped it at the point when I was asked to write ielts instead of pte for them to forward my visa cos the Sch is an streamlined visa Sch. I got used to the oz immi website and found dt as a lawyer an LLM program might not add much value to me in the end. I immediately switched to my now preferred course of study which is not really related to my previous study in the plain sense of it. I remembered belonging to a lot of organizations such as the Red Cross and conferences I’ve attended in the past in human rights bc that’s my passion. I then wrote a very simple but convincing SOP. Convinced immi about my reason for a switch in career and it’s relationship with my previous study. I read the overview of my intended study and mastered everything about it on the internet, I made sure my choice course wasn’t popular in Nigeria and so wasn’t offered by most Uni in naija. I stated it in clear terms that I was returning to Nigeria to practice my new acquired skills and I tried to find a nexus with the recent unrest in naija(boko haram and herdsmen) issues.

My sponsor wasn’t my dad’s direct brother. He was just his cousin. God took control.

Oz want to be sure you genuinely want to study and not abscound.

I am currently studying masters in Australia, I got another admission for PhD which I have accepted, I am about to apply for visa. My mum fixed account is 15m, my husband fixed account is 3m and his running account is 1.5m. the total amount to apply is 30kAud around 7.5m. my questions are.

1. Can we use those fixed account as proof of funds
2. What doc or letter do we need to add
Note I want to apply with my son and my husband which is currently working in Nigeria
3. Then we have a landed property of 3.5m
4. They refused son and husband in dec for dependant visa

Plus, I will need more info from anybody currently living in Tasmania. Moving to Tasmania soon.

I will appreciate anybody that have gone through this process to also contribute

Unfortunately in most cases do they ask for SOA when you're about to renew your visa onshore. Even more when your dependents have been denied visa in the past.

First you need to address why partner and sons visas were refused. Then back up with other supporting documents. If unsure, used a MARA agent. Otherwise the denial will continue.

1. Can we use those fixed account as proof of funds
Yes you can use the aforementioned as your sponsors. Not too sure if the funds would be sufficient for the whole applicants. Off course there is no harm in trials thou.

2. What doc or letter do we need to add
Documents you provided for your masters application. Then get all the medicals, biometrics, police clearance, polio if necessary for your hubby and son.

Note I want to apply with my son and my husband which is currently working in Nigeria

3. Then we have a landed property of 3.5m
That can be sold within weeks. Not too sure if that will be considered much as a tie back home smiley it's worth throwing in thou.

4. They refused son and husband in dec for dependant visa
It's best you use a MARA lawyer if you can afford one if not throw in your application and confront your God in prayers.

Plus, I will need more info from anybody currently living in Tasmania. Moving to Tasmania soon.

What would you like to know about Taz? Can ask a friend there if I don't have first hand info for you.

I will appreciate anybody that have gone through this process to also contribute

A few I know kept getting refused. You must address the reason why they were initially refused and the back up with more convincing documents.

If I understand correctly, you don't want to come to Australia through the PR route? Probably because you don't meet up the criteria? You just want to get into Australia, do a short course, find a job earn some money and later in look into the PR route?

If that's the case, you may want to come study Physiotherapy and other health related courses that are always constant on the SOL.

Study this link, find a course that is closely related to what you have studied, apply to do your masters.

https://www.seekvisa.com.au/skilled-occupation-list-australia-2019/

You won't be given a visa to come study a certificate course. You will be seen as a non genuine entrant and your visa will be denied. You don't go from a higher level to a lower one.

If my explanation doesn't address your inquiry, do not hesitate to elucidate further.

Pls can someone recommend an agent to me cause I am quite.lost. My Job as a banker leaves me little or no time,

My elder brother in the UK is willing to sponsor me but he is quite reluctant to release his company documents to me as he fears it could get to wrong hands in Nigeria and stories happen. Is there a chance of him sending these sponsor doc directly to the embassy or School? He is quite wealthy.

Also after my masters in applied finance ( CFA ), if I don't get PR L, am I allowed to stay on for a while. Something like a post study visa... hope it's not the UK where u have to leave immediately.

I am 34 and unmarried.

Your question has been address countless time, for the benefit of others, search for school(s) of your choice and apply. Most schools if not all will direct you to their representatives (agents) to handle your application with that you are in a safe hand.
Any graduate or post-graduate course minimum of 2years duration is eligible for 2years post study work visa.

University of Adelaide is a AL1 Uni, you may not need SOA for visa application but some school do request for SOA to know the financial status of their prospective students e.g Deakin

If I were you, I would start again. They probably do not acknowledge the polytechnic you graduated from or not really satisfied with your result. I also see it as an advantage on your part. Make sure you pass with distinction on those courses you have done in the past to boost your cgpa.

South Australia is considered a regional area so you score points for studying there, the only set back is you have a lot of competition for jobs as it's limited.

Provided you didn't submit a bogus documents for the previous work visa that was denied you should be fine with study visa application.
