You ve just said my mind. Blacks are deamons in human clothing. After years of hardwork, resuming 8-9 and closing 11pm most times, Im currently battling with my cruel boss to sign my promotion forms. Can you imagine such? But when I worked with whites a couple of years back, even before promotion time, they have all signed and asking you periodically "hope you Ok".
