I thought there are huge fines for overstay.

I'm in Dubai and I know the current situation, you might come and be lucky enough to get a job but it might not be in the field you want. The agencies do have issues with the govt when anyone on their visa card overstays. So it's not just the person that overstays that bears the brunt.

You can apply for as many jobs as you can anywhere online and not just mourjan. Don't just make the mistake of using cleaning CV to apply for a waiter job.
600k should be enough.

Just a quick on, anyone has an idea of how I can get a partition or room in Dubai for just a week for blacks, my fiancee is coming to see me in August and she will be staying for a week, she will be booking and presenting her passport as ID because Most hotels require physical copy of international passport for both parties (you know the case with most of our ababs here) tho ibhave thevl soft copy of my passport and my Nigerian national id, I stay in ajman but will be coming into dubai once she arrives by mid August.

Anyone with useful info should please mention me.

I'm aware this is the wrong thread to make this post but I've got little or no choice. Dunno if anyone has been successful when filing for change on name on their passport. Specifically, my passport has the name MICHAEL while other docs has MICHEAL. I got an affidavit of one and same person but it was rejected at MOE. I went to the NIS headquarters and the officials i met said they would it but the price was 90k. If there's anyone here with a successful application and connect to immigration headquarters with a lower offer, Abeg drop am here.

honestly, if the 90k link is genuine better go for it. A friend spent around 250k just to change date of birth on his passport and it took about 30 days sef
