prayers works sir. supreme court judgement are always formed as laws where the lawyers reference in the court of justice. supreme court judgement are always formed as laws where lawyers referred to when they are arguing some cases in the court of justice.

If adeleke wins tomorrow then there is no justice in this country. At the tribunal his victory was upheld on shaky ground. How can they say that the suplimentsry election is Ilegal. Same suplimentary was what brought in some candidate and is in our electoral laws. That was why appeal court struck out that petition...I want to see how a whole supreme court will now tell us that what is in the electoral act which is the manual guiding our election is ilegal. ...let's see how it goes but I am certain apc will carry the day except if supreme court will amend our electoral act to ensure desperate adeleke wins

That is not the issue here. The issue is what the electoral law said with respect to the 3000k votes that led to the suplimentsry election. Before the suplimentsry election he was leading by 235 votes...are you now saying that they should throw away the 3000k votes and make adeleke winner? Our electoral law is wiser than your sentiment

You have to truly evolve not just in politics but life in general to unerstand that once conclusive an end result has been attained. Whether favorable or not, you move on.

The whole essence of judicial trial is to find justice amongst contending parties. If it were straightforward that A or B is the justice, there won't be need for Trial. Same for Elections.

You have scanty or limited knowledge yet you refuse to accept it and upgrade yourself.daily,you justify by your online inactions.immediately you saw the ballot boxes atiku presented in court,you were overwhelmed like ignorant fellows forgetting that atiku's lawyers must first use it to demonstrate irregularities.the judges will never fish for evidence for you,you must show it yourself.



Ask yourself,why didnt the supreme court declare supplementary polls illegal when it was faced with that issue in kogi,taraba and imo? Look through all supreme court rulings,you will see a common feature,judicial precedents and citations.in this case,you have none.
Anyway,the case will likely be dismissed before the substantive matter is heard.the absence of justice obiora is fatal.there are 7 precedents.Apart from that in a normal case,when a judge wont be available in a sitting,the court usually adjourns.that sums it all
