My grandma always has some in her backyard garden. It never fails to liven up the flavor of any soup. Both okra, egusi, native soup etc.

My best veggie is ukazi. Highly medicinal
U have a diabetic patient around you, use it to knock it out. It keeps the glucose level intact all day.

my sisters cleaned after me taya grin

onions aren't that bad for me.And your beans is clean and enticing.
And girl I must admit,you can cook.
The yam and green made me remember my growing up days.like from 7-10 years old ish.
Mom use to make breakfast for my immediate older sister and I with that stuff.
Like she would mix it(that green leaf stuff) with our eggs and fry together,plus hot tea in our rubber cups.
We always rushed breakfast so that the first person that finishes will speed outside to go grab the front seat in dad's car at the time.
The way it looks can make a filled man hungry again kiss

Like I am right now,so restless from the late lunch I had today.
I would like to share my today with You,how can I?any ideas? undecided
