Actually, that fish head is where the nutrients are packed like omega 3 acid.
People normally throw it away, I do that before too

I cooked okazi soup last night, added a lil uziza too. Started 11pm , na wetin insomnia dey cause.

Anyway, I used crushed palm fruits. I think it gives a finer taste and colour maybe.

Didn't put achara and akporakpo, I have people eating it that are not native to my place.

Not everything Sunday rice....Sometimes we switch up with coconut fufu (coconut flour premixed with psyllium husk) in a bed and okra pepper soup with smoked chicken and Titus fish for moral support.

In all the goal is to eat well and still be healthy at it.
