How long does this verification usually take after upload?

Everything is intact. U don't need to open any account. Click on invest icon to transfer money to your wallet, and make sure that you are transfering from accounts that are directly linked with your BVN. After that chose your preferred investment.

About withdrawal, your mone would be transferrex to your wallet upon maturity. Then click on withdrawal to fill a form where your acct number would be included. Gbam! U will get your money in less than five minutes.

But you must make sure that your KYC is completed.

Thank you so much.

No. You don't need to open account with sterling bank.
As you have downloaded the app, do the necessary registration with your email, phone number and set your pin. Then send them your documents for KYC.

Navigate the app and to understand how to use it. Before you can invest, you have to first fund your wallet and the various means through which you can do that are in the app. After you have fund your wallet, then you can buy or invest for your choiced TB among the so many ( according to rate and duration).

Everything you need to do are within the app. So, take your time to study it.

For me, I sent them my KYC documents and after they were verified before I funded my wallet and I have sub for my choice package. Just to avoid inability to withdraw when the time comes; so KYC is sacrosanct.

To receive back your fund, just click on withdraw and then you will be lead to where you can fill in your details. But make sure that the account number you would be using for the withdrawal is the one connected to the BVN you submitted during your registration.

NOTE: I am not their agent and I just started with the app days back. Have not attempted withdrawal, so do this with all sense of YOUR responsibility and at your own conviction.

I hope my input have helped.

Thank you so much.

That's some good profits right there.

Unfortunately the success rate of buying land and reselling in Nigeria for profits is less than 30 percent. There are lots of non genuine lands being sold and it's after payment you know.

The land i bought in 2012 added N500k in value after 6 years, i was tired even at the first sight of the land as i bought on trust. As soon as payment was sent to the owner of the land i started hearing stories how they are going to court over the land. None of this was revealed to me before payment.

Funny enough, the owner of the land died leaving room for a resale. I re-sold the land and got only N500k extra after 6 years investment.

I have promised myself i will not make such mistake again, Nigerian sellers are very dubious. The day i sent payment for the land, the mobey was sent to a wrong beneficiary, i used my contacts inside bank to reverse the money back to my account within hours (very rare to have this done). Then imagine after all the stress the seller start telling you they are going to court.

I have promised myself not to take stuupid risks, i like my blood pressure level 71 but if i see genuine upon genuine property i will not hesitate to make further inquiries.

See this land thing na luck o. Or you just have to be strategic enough to foresee the future. Land that my father bought for 400,000 Naira early 2000s I think is now valued around 80m. They're begging him to sell it but he wants to pass it down as inheritance so wouldn't sell

I hope by q4 of 2019 and q1 of 2020, we start seeing rates around 15% pa. There are no metrics or historical data one can rely on really to the best of my knowledge.

Real Estate is profitable for long term investments. The caveat, however, is audible to the deaf and visible to the blind. You don't wanna be caught up in land issues.

Due diligence is the only solution to this.

I knew I wasn't sure so asked my brother. Lands in that area are now worth 60-80m and even higher. My father's is worth 400m cause of the buildings (buildings that probably didn't cost more than 200m to build). So this land thing na just luck cause who would have thought back then that lands there would be worth this much today? #Luck

I have been thinking of the shortest way possible to say this so let me try.

To those saying we are digressing here and people are showing off their net worth, please you are wrong. As someone who came on board when this page was still at 300 and read pretty much 100 pages, and never missed a page from 300 till the current page, I can confidently say that I haven't noticed anyone mention figures here when it wasn't absolutely necessary and related to the topic. Sometimes it is good to mention figures in order to get people motivated (I would give examples but I want to keep this short). Edit: on second thoughts, for example when I said my father with over 4 billion Naira still works, it wasn't to brag on a faceless forum. Rather it was to motivate that young man that 1.7m is not enough reason to get unmotivated to work

I think the people who get mad here are people who feel they cannot comment the same thing and mean it. For example, when Ahiboilandgas comments about his trucks, I wanna say "abeg go sit down everytime truck truck". But instead, I get motivated and tell myself that someday I might be able to brag like him (note that I am not saying he brags. Please read this with a mature mind).

Anyways my point is, rather than hate on people here for commenting and trying to inspire you, let their successes inspire and motivate you to get up at 4am like I did this morning.

Thank you sir for just proving my point. Take heart though. I would say I understand your frustration but I would be lying.

Land investment is a game of luck and how smart you are to foreseen the future.

You can only make great profit if the place is located within commercial or industrial area. You can also make good profit if the place is connected directly to city center. The caliber of people residing or buying land there can also influence your resale value.

Treasury bill is still the best investment in terms of peace of mind and guarantee return on investment.

Let's not be quick to insult ourselves here. The man was honest enough to mention his father; what of if he had mentioned that he owned the property, would you have asked him to shut up? Let's not allow our emotions to take over our sense of judgement. This is a faceless group for Pete sake!

Well, if we are to go in that direction I own the property cause it's in my name (which is why he wouldn't sell it). If TissuePaper wants to kill himself cause he was born into poverty, let him go ahead!

You see...that is why one should not be too quick to react like acid on this platform. I hope Tissuepaper would be able to sleep throughout this week on top of another man's property since he has chosen not to quick to learn but slow to talk.

On land, I got a call this morning that one of my land that is undeveloped has been earmarked for road to open up the area. 2m in 2015, going down the drain. When I realized the area am building twin 3 bedroom flat(federal govt estate) rental is Max of 350k a year, making it 700k a year, I dumped the house at painting stage. I can't put 1naira there again. Over 15m gone. I need about 20years to recoup my money. A project of 50m was abandoned after spending 15m when I realized that max rent will be 5.3m. At this juncture, I discontinued all projects and building and concentrated on TBills. Will only go back when TBills drop to 8%. Have said it here before Thayne regret building the house am living in, hoping to sell when I see a buyer but for 2 years now, no buyer. Never jump into any business because someone made millions. Take out time and study it, read at least 10 different books on the subject matter before dropping a penny.

Since you are in Abuja, why don't you go to the national assembly? Senators and house of representatives members need aides. If you have money you can also invest in treasury bills, that is what we do here.

I will face front, but go and finish your degree before you take on anyone here. Do you know that this useless old man is still struggling with his law degree and he doesn't know what to do with his life? A final year law student that does not know his area of specialization. Don't make me useless you here.
