i have learned a lot here but now my knowledge is being tested by a Canadian resident who also happens to be like an uncle to me.

he dared me to provide anyone who got PPR using ICAN/BCS to claim 2 or more certificates, without having any issues or ADR on points claimed under ECA.

ican aca its common knowledge it doesn't fly. only ican aat/ats can fly. BCS saw an old wes eca report, it was assessed favourably.

I'm not certain about the Institute of Chartered Surveyors, but WES evaluated a certificate from the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators UK as an additional certificate. So I'd advise you send this to them for evaluation. All the best.

She isn’t changing employment. She is resigning and like I said if her reference can be verified it doesn’t matter whether or not she informs CIC. The employer will simply inform them that she recently left the organization’s employment but she actually has the 5years work experience stated. There is absolutely nothing wrong or problematic with that. Nobody has gotten refused because they didn’t inform CIC that they resigned. People get refused when the reference letters they submit cannot be verified.
It’s a choice to report anyway So whichever one helps the OP sleep better at night. . cc Deeshe1

I have an Msc but I wasn't aware that I don't necessarily need to send my BSc transcripts unfortunately I went to my school to apply for the transcripts to be sent just yesterday I hope it doesn't affect any of the Wes process. I intend sending my Msc transcripts as soon as I can.

All results before year 2000 are paper based so WAEC staff usually find it tedious to search for such results in their store. You will need to find someone who is there to put pressure on them or you go there yourself.

The dare is weird.

The real question is if the ECA bodies positively evaluate your degrees and certifications. This is because IRCC has already outsourced the evaluation to ECA bodies. So what you should be worried about is how the ECA bodies evaluate BCS IT and how their evaluation influences your CRS points and your likelihood of getting ITA. If WES evaluates your BSc and BCS IT as two or more certificates and your CRS scores is boosted due to that evaluation, what the VO is bothered about is if your claim to two or more certificates is validated by the degrees/certificates you attached and the authenticity of the degrees/certs. So if you claim 2 or more and you attach only your BSc, then the VO becomes worried. But if WES or ICES positively evaluates your degrees, IRCC will accept their evaluation. The only exception are the online university degrees which is quite problematic with IRCC and IRCC has explicitly explained that it is up to the VO to accept it or not.

ICAN is not positively evaluated. But ACCA and Ats are positively reviewed and people have gotten PPR with it

I also do not think you should be worried about ADRs. ADRs is a good sign that your file is being worked on and that the VO is kind enough to be give you a chance to provide more documents.
