Get windows installation DVD or download and burn to flashdrive.
If your PC doesn't have disc drive use external disc drive or USB port with Flash drive

Do you even know what direct x does? Your direct x 11 is okay for anything that requires direct x to function,I mean anything and I stand to be corrected.
Or just a simple Google search will give you a link to download latest version you desire,you shouldn't even ask a question like this if you are old enough to own a laptop.

If a PC doesn't have boot menu it can't boot now,boot menu is just an order in which a PC will boot from,the first is usually the internal HDD, followed by CD,DVD,USB and others.
Anyway check wiki how on how to go to boot menu on Chromebook.

Incomplete updates or upgrade will corrupt your PC. If you exhausted your data or your battery is low or you shut down while updating or upgrading,your windows files become corrupt. Because updates or Upgrades don't pause and start later from where you stopped. Next time you want to do this, make sure there's Actually power,use fast internet like 4G especially wireless.
As a result of our poor internet speed,I will advice that you download the 1903 windows.iso file,then burn it to DVD or USB flash drive(Note for USB it requires a third party software eg Rufus).

Hello guys I took my laptop to a shop to upgrade it from Windows 8 to 10, during the upgrade we noticed the mouse pad wasn't working again, later when we were done, it'll work then later it won't work. Now it's not working at all. How can I make my mouse to work again.

Also the guy drove the system buy said I'll need to drive the graphics myself, how do I do that. All the icons are big . The display looks funny

Don't work well how? Can be specific? What type of problem do you encounter with it. Cos I have never had any problem with my task bar,it's working perfectly well.

When I press d windows button it won't pop up Windows menu or I try to connect a network through Wi-Fi icon on the task bar it won't pop up d networks available. The cursor of the PC will just load a sec and nothing happens. Thanks

Hello gurus

I recently upgraded to windows 10 but in having issues charging my phone with my laptop when it's in sleep mode . It practically goes off.
I've tried the bios instruction and unticked allow computer to turn off rmis device in the device manager panel

Still, the problem persists.

Not all laptops support charging phone on sleep mode... especially hp laptops. what's your laptop model and was it charging in sleep mode before the update?

You're welcome.
Actually, you didn't have sleep mode because during the update, Microsoft un-installed your display driver and installed the Microsoft basic display adapter (which didn't have sleep mode) for you. Then when you connect to Internet, your PC automatically downloads your driver back and give you your sleep mode back.

Good day. Please, I bought one HP laptop, Elitebook to be precise and it was fairly used. On it was installed windows 10 but after like 2 weeks, it started demanding for windows to be Activated. I tried to do it myself but I was requested to input the Product Key before I can proceed but the seller himself who I have contacted for the key seems not to know about it because I think he also bought it from someone else.
I don't know what next to do and even if I get the product key, I don't know how to go about it to activate the windows. This issue has made some apps slow and some won't run as they're supposed to run in addition that the VGRAM on the system is no longer noticeable.
Please, I need help.
