Moi moi. Semi failed attempt at using banana leaf.

Had to put some of it in foil after wasting some. The banana method is definitely harder than using regular moi moi leaf.

Are you skilled at the banana leaf method?

I didn’t find many YouTube tutorials for banana leaf. Just the other one.

The moin moin looks yum. I always make mine using aluminium foil. Idk where to buy banana leafs from but I'll have to find out

I served it with coleslaw.

The only thing missing is jollof rice. .

The recipe I used from YouTube calls for some evaporated milk and ground beef(I used regular Walmart full cream milk). The milk apparently helps the consistency to be creamy. It worked out and doesn’t affect the taste. Just a little, not too much milk.
