Korllami007:This is true. I think its based on the person that reviewed the call I think. There are times dat u will get 5 despite making a silly mistake, and other times if u make that same mistake u might get like 4 rating. I think some call reviewers are more lenient than others... |

Just curious, if these guyx @ QA know what the correct script look/sound for them to be able to review and make corrections, why contract transcribers? Or better still why not give us the script(text)/clear audio to transcribe?? Just thinking |
