I just come in contact with this thread although I don't cook,
If I take anything like what you are prescribing for breakfast my vain in my brain will be having pains just as little as 30minutes after consumption irrespective of the quantity consumed.
To be specific I can't eat anything with out oil as breakfast or dinner
Once I Even try to put oil (red oil ) on bread to see the effect, but I still have same pain in the brain.
I can take does food for lunch but no breakfast and dinner.
But let me keep scrolling back to previous post maybe I will see new dishes that will bring back my cooking days.

No not fried. In sautéed food, there’s basically little to no oil. Significantly less oil than even shallow frying. Just grease the pan so it doesn’t stick and heat up to very high heat. Then you’re ready to sautee.

I advise you see a doctor.. Much intake of oil is bad for your health. Just try to get a perfect balance.

I always felt alcohol is tasteless, so I saw no reason taking it. I was shown tasty ones and I still didn't take it.

I used to think it was bitter. Even the sweet ones like the Irish creams and nice cocktails didn’t taste good to me.

Now i think it’s an acquired taste of adulthood .
