It is obvious you are quick to talk without confirming things. Who told you he hasn't sued?

Well, since he puts everything out on social media, including this invitation letter, why hasn't he informed the public that he has sued?

He said so much, but ended up saying nothing. The post is filled with so much emotions than logic. First, you raised an alarm that there are armed gunmen in front of your house. Some of us were wise enough to know they can't be gunmen. Now, they were armed policemen with shabby looks. Were you expecting the police to visit you without arms?

That said, if you were forced to sign documents: why not call on your lawyer to be present before that? The police already know you to be a celebrity, so I don't expect a fowl play. Stop the media trial 'cause it's obvious this post is to tarnish the man's already tarnished image.
.

Keep ur distance. Does celebrity exonerate a man from Police actions. ? Who told u that Coza pastor's image is Tarnished? Are u already concluding h guilty? Allow both to sort themselves out.

Wen u talk to all this rape accusers, u realise one thing, they are just accusers.

No wonder ordinary police visit and Dakolo is already running mad.

Accusation without evidence remains an accusation with no case.

At best slander and worst defamation of character.

grin grin grin grin grin Bro, did you see any picture of the policemen at all? How do you know their look fit this your description, or are you just being emotional? And what do you mean by "storm"? You mean they entered without knocking, just badged in?

Oga, just pray you don't have multivated Nigeria police "invite" you. If you have had the experience you will surely relate with what timi wrote.

So you first reported that "armed men were lurking around your house before? Later you now realized they are police officers trying to deliver a letter to you. This is how you have been spreading false rumours with you and your wife, they want to deliver a court letter to you and you now turn it to a war notification letter, and in a way that will demand you fighting for your family with your life... Guy go chill down.

You guys either don't have conscience or lack sense or both ....so when the police wants to deliver a letter of invitation to harmless individuals they are expected to come with a truckload of armed men ?

Secondly did you see the wording of the letter in question ? Does that suggest an investigation into rape allegation or a subtly twisted narrative?

No amount of intimidation will work ...I hope the police learns that early .

Moments ago, Timi Dakolo raised alarm that strange men with guns were at his house.

He has now shared an update saying they are police officers sent to deliver a letter of 'invitation for questioning' to him and his wife, Busola over the rape allegations she levelled against COZA pastor, Biodun Fatoyinbo.

men of God... I really don't know why many so called men of God can't really serve God truly sha, because if its about making money, of course they will still be rich while serving God.
This man Fatoyinbo said he never raped anyone in his life even when he was still an unbeliever self, but lets take rape out of the matter first, they should ask him did he had mutual sex with the underaged lady at that particular time, yes or no, very simple, that's where he will be caught.

It's saddening the way people use our security agencies how ever the like.

How? A complainant reports a case to the station and police invites the suspect. How is wrong? That's their job, allow them investigate and shove your emotions in between your thigh.

I saw a video from Sahara Reporters with Timi, trying to make phone calls, and at least 2 police vans.

Was it just to "serve letter" or arrest a criminal...? That reeks of intimidation!

To all blaming him for ranting on Social Media-- I laugh!!!
You don't understand the power it wields and how everybody hates negative press. Timi is fighting a Juggernaut and in a dirty society as ours, you can't use conventional means alone. You fight 'dirty' too.

Senator Abbo's case had been reported months back, but nothing happened until the video went viral-- that's the power Social Media has.

So Timi sues ( and he has sued), then what happens?
What happened to several cases that have been in court over many years-- nothing! You hear FFK, Fayose or whoever has a case in court ( with incontrovertible evidence) for many years, but nothing happens.

Noise making however is a wonderful strategy-- you drag the 'giant' to a level where his powers are watered down-- nobody likes this!
You get public sympathy and support which are as important as any evidence you can tender in court.

Coups in this country-- attempts to overthrow entrenched Governments start with attempts to win public sympathy (overtly or covertly) before any shot is fired. Jonathan lost this way, so did the several before him.

So now Aisha Buhari has waded in, so will more people.
Mr IG of police will not like to be in the spotlight, so he has to thread softly.
Mr Pastor is in a position of 'plenty' vulnerability... More women might come out still.
Worst of all will be if one of his Pastors confesses.

Like I said earlier, I don't believe Pastor's hands are clean-- if fly dey follow you 'alone' up-and-down, check well, shit dey your body!

Why is the rapist Fatoyinbo not going to Ilorin?

You need a brain transplant OK. I'm not moved by publicity stunt. Where you there when it happened to Busola ??
If you're asked to stake your life for Busola Dakolo that she's telling the truth will you do so without trying to get fact? You wouldn't be saying all this Rubbish if you'd something at stake you'll be Rationale with your words.
She claimed it happened to get at age 17 as at 1999, when Biodun's daughter was born but from investigation the girl was born in 2000. Dakolo has his wife have not explained what mystery played down there and Fools like you won't try to reason but rather label people who try to use their brains rape apologist.
Guys like you are the reason we still have bad leadership because you take every crab the politicians tell you and fall for tribal, ethnicity sentiment without being Rationale better start using your brains it won't hurt you OK.

You have the intellectual discipline of a 7 year old with down syndrome!

So we must be there when it happened to draw conclusions? How do courts and police arrived at their opinions then?

And to think CAN and other bodies have distanced themselves form this serial sexual offender called pastor Fatoyinbo.

Your stupidity is enough to slow nairaland upload speed. This was how brain-damaged whelps like you were hawking rumours that Timi and Busola wedded in Fatoyinbo's church and blah blah blah.

You need reborn again with different intellectual make-up.

Nice words. Let the battle begins I don't believe Busola too we're all entitled to our own opinion but people will call you rape enabler if you
reason from another dimension. If 1000 women comes out without evidence it's futile. You'll be surprised that no one will want to bring out their case when it comes to real court without them having a concrete evidence.

This the time we'll get every fact clear in Busola story she claimed she was 17 as at then, and Biodun's daughter was born 1999, and from revelation the girl was born in 2000. These are the things the judge will look out for if you story tally not likes and share from social media. I believe Busola will make so many mistakes under cross examination the judge and Lawyers are not moved by tears but fact.

Dakolo has gotten public sympathy it's time for him to prove his point I don't think he would allow his wife to go through all that without having a nail to put Biodun inside the coffin if he eventually doesn't have any he's a very stupid man in advance.
Let the battle begins.
