Yes it can. The Video interview is conducted using HireVue, in my experience, mobile has always been better.

Yes it can but preferably with a PC for stability. If you do have a tripod stand then your phone will be a good option.

tnx you

Its not a live interview. You'll be asked a question, given one minute to think and three minutes to respond

Is it 1 minute to think or 30 seconds to think ?

Internet failure will have no effect, because you pre-record then upload when you're done.

Congratulations! And best of luck if genuine.
Though, methinks it's not genuine. Because, ODVI this time around is stage 2 and not stage 1 as stated in your screen shot. That could be a screenshot from their last recruitment in which ODVI was part of stage 1.
Time will tell.
All the same, congrats again & best of luck if genuine

Maybe they're kind of rejecting assessments even though you completed them. You can send email to careers@shell.com

Yeah, true, it suppose to be stage two but that's what the mail says. Apparently there have been some changes from last recruitment that is yet to be updated on their system e.g the 30 secs prep before responding is now 1 min, odvi ought to be stage two but the mail clearly carries stage one.

Thanks and best of luck

Maktaj and Co., I really love the way u guys take steps intellectually, without arguments or anger, rather with fact and not opinions in clearing ground on this matter. Not like the other guy who keeps disturbing us with assumptions since.
Best of luck to all!

I tried rewriting the test, the cubelink site was asking of access code. I've sent them an email and I'm waiting for them to respond.
gcardcodes:

Reason may be,

1. Their system might be encountering an error due to the large number of applicant. For this reason, the filtering system might get confused and unstable. Solution is: Send them a mail as soon as possible (Which should be right now)

2. Maybe because you are applying at deadline and they are looking for means to screen so many people out. Solution is: Rewrite the test, Submit and Go and pray to Your GOD.

Things to learn
1. Get your documents up to date at all times in case of good job opportunities
2. Don't apply at the deadline of any application
3. Always be updated on job vacancies by joining Job vacancy sites. Subscribe to job alerts emails
4. Most of all, Have an updated LinkedIn Account. It should be Profiled

I HOPE THIS HELPS .
THANKS

While I understand the zeal in getting this job, know it is not a do or die affair.
Retaking the test doesn't speak well of a candidate from all ethical standpoint. Even if/when you get the job, this can be a big integrity issue for you.

This might just be another theory and may not be of any benefit to us now, but for those that will see this next Shell recruitment. It's might 3rd attempt at the shell recruitment and i can't help but notice no correlation between by responses in the personality questionnaire and the result i got for the drive section. I think an additional factor to that particular result "drive" is how early you submit your application and attempt the assessment. And this where i think those who attempted the assessment earlier will have an edge over others provided they are successful in the ODVI. Really think about it, why did most people apply later? especially those who are not applying for the first time. It because you wanted to know how it went for the early birds and probably get dubs. If you have all your documents ready and you really want a place at shell, nothing should stop you from applying on the first day or first week latest. This is "Drive"- The levels of determination and passion shown in the pursuit of goals. I hope these is enough for the wise. Wishing us success in the recruitment!

You have a lot of negative energy. You were here when people were shouting send proof send proof. Now someone did you are opening your mouth to ask what he is feeling like. May God have mercy on your envious self.
Please nobody should send any proof here.
If you have received and done or yet to do the video interview, good luck.
Please do not forget to give us a friendly advice thereafter. You owe nobody an explanation tho.
Thank you
