The problem is most decided rape cases are greatly under-reported; that, I think is the reason alot of Nigerians are not aware rapists do get to be punished by the Courts.

And that is why it is very unfair for someone to just sit at home and conclude that our Justice system is wack when they have not even tried the system yet.
