I believe u are aware Nigeria run a federal police system and that the IG of police can transfer case from any part of the country to another part of Nigeria.
If u don't know this at ur age, I understand why Nigeria is where we are.

in Nigeria police can investigate or move any matter to any zone. I didn't see where I stated otherwise.

Why are you in a hurry to display your illiteracy and inability to read?

You just jump in like a morron debunk a none issue.

Because I said that our Judicial system is not what it is does not mean that I imply they are totally unresponsive. Don't over imply things.

This your over reliance in a system that has failed us woefully and left our country shallow and dragged on the dust can never be trusted, quote me anywhere. See bro if you must disprove this, give me a solid reason why

1.our politicians like Atiku would be a saint in our system but is hiding from the legal system of USA.
2.How come we are in debt despite our rich resources
3. How can two bullion van enter the compound of a private individual in broad day light.
4. How Delta state governor(James Ibori) was vindicated here in Nigeria but was jailed in UK court for money laundering.

Your naive and over simplicity is pissing me off actually, you and most Nigerian feigning ignorance like you were just born in this country today. Infact I will leave your case to God.

Remember I said as much "as you were making sense", which means social media drama isn't the best way to go but their chant of how our legal system is mismanaged may have some truth in it even if it is not how they are painting it.

Oh my, we are talking about rape here and not the 1001 problems bedevilling Nigeria. All these excuses you've highlighted still does not justify your media trial. And even the almighty Justice system of the USA is still bedevilled with great imperfection.

Or are you in any way insinuating that since "Atiku would be a Saint in our system while hiding from USA system", media trial should be condoned Please desist from using a wrong to correct another wrong @stanliwise. Media Justice is the same thing as Jungle Justice, and both MUST be discouraged.

The same Justice system you criticise that hasn't prosecuted Atiku is the same Justice system that gave judgement against a former first lady of Nigeria as well as several other prominent personalities in the past. Please, stop trying to divert from the topic. The fact is several rape cases have been tried and accused persons have been duly convicted in this same country of ours.

And I repeat, YOU & I ARE NOT WITNESSES TO THE ALLEGED RAPE. Hence, the accused remains innocent until proven guilty by a competent Court of law. undecided

At first I thought u were making sense, but u still showed ur ignorance. Still a typical half -knowledge -Nigerian.

It's still a Federal Police system and not state, the IG of police has the jurisdiction to transfer case to anywhere within the federation.

He should go to Abuja and complete what he already started.

The first antics of this kind of cheap attack is to pull u to their already arranged trap. The law of power teaches to draw them out from their already prepared trap into ur own.

Good one Pastor COZA.

But nobody is talking about a case of transfer nah! There's no transfer of case here.

We're asking Fatoyinbo why run to Abuja to instigate a fresh case when there's one pending in Lagos he hasn't finished answering to?

How did transfer of case or federal police Vs state police come to bear here?

Are you sure you're not a psychiatrist patient given a phone with internet to check the level of your mental progress before your doctors embark on a more radical therapy?

Brain-damaged idiot!

That's it. I don't bother responding to many of them anymore but that particular one you quoted is in a league of him own stupidity. Emotion alone is not his problem, he can't think straight to reason as an unbiased human should. He cannot even hold an intelligent argument.

You know the sad thing? He thinks he's smart cry cry

Truth be told, that's why I find it quite difficult these days conversing on important issues (particularly legal issues) with nairalanders. Most are just beclouded by emotions that cause them to lose their sense of reasoning. If not, how can any reasonable person who has no firsthand clue of what actually transpired be so quick to take sides (without first being furnished with sufficient proof), simply because a celebrity alleges someone committed a crime against her?

Rather than investigate rape allegation, the Nigerian police is investigating the potential victim for criminal conspiracy, falsehood, mischief, and threat to life. You would expect both parties to be be separately invited for questioning. Nigeria is a sh1thole. Shame!

Therefore it was mutual. We can as well say the ladies were just after the handsome pastor.
Deep down in Busola's heart, she loves pastor Biodun even more than her husband. grin

Ese Walter had mutual sex with him, Busola claims otherwise...

Whatever the case may be, it involves something ilicit unexpected of someone of his position.

Some offices, sensitive offices are not supposed to involve anything of such-- doctor and patient, teacher and student, pastor and the pastored. It is gross abuse of office!

where have I supported media trail? Please I need you to highlight that part. All the while I have supported your opinions which speaks against reliance on media trail, my only warning is this: Our legal system aren't trust worthy and don't be too hasty that their complain of police men do not have truth in it.
I gave examples of how our judicial system have failed us. whether rape or money laundry, it is the same judicial system that handles all.

Shut up your hypocritical trap.
What if it's the your stupíd opinion that turns out to be wrong?
A very sane person knows that Bukola's story is not a complete One. And until we hear the full gist, no one has the right to point any acquising fingers at anyone.
I believed that Bukola and that man had some sexual relationship. The pastor probably took advantage of her immaturity, nativity and inexperience.
Now, the girl still feels cheated and wants a revenge...
Oh my God.
Please point out a part of my previous post where I supported, blame or castigate anyone?

People like you that read what was never there are nothing but desperate people. You should take your own advise dear because for me I haven't said anything on the issue. And you can't hold me to an assumed opinion.

And how has our judicial system failed us I wonder why you keep going in circles even after I've made mention of the fact that our Justice system isn't perfect. There's no perfect Justice system in the entire world!

That's why I've stated that the same Justice system has put alot of accused persons behind bars for several crimes including rape. However, it has imperfection like any other in the world. Or are you telling me that the US Justice system is perfect A system that has wrongfully convicted innocent persons for crimes they did not commit or allows the excessive use of police might? undecided

Unfortunately you only mentioned Atiku's name and I countered your assertion by reminding you that the same "failed" Justice system has also prosecuted several personalities of high calibre on corruption charges as well, one of which is that of a former first lady of Nigeria. Also, same judicial system has convicted several persons for rape as well. That I have personal knowledge of.

Just last month precisely on the 25th of June, a High Court in the FCT sentenced the General Overseer of a pentecostal church (Mountain Mover Ministry Internationa Nyanya) to imprisonment for rape. The problem is most decided rape cases are greatly under-reported; that, I think is the reason alot of Nigerians are not aware rapists do get to be punished by the Courts.

And that is why it is very unfair for someone to just sit at home and conclude that our Justice system is wack when they have not even tried the system yet. Why base your sentiment solely on what people have told you or mere hearsay? The Dakolos ought to have tried the system first before complaining.

I am sorry, I have not support anyone in any of my quotes, please stop putting things to me I didn't mention or say. Where did I support Dakolo or where did I castigate fatoyino?? Please let's speak fact here. I don't like it when people make false assumptions and argue on it. It isn't fair.

I leave you to your opinion on our judicial system, The so called people you claim has been arrested is tip of the iceberg if we want to castigate our criminals, The best you've spotted isn't just good enough, infact I leave you to your hallucination. My Dad case of gratuity has been in the court for three years now and that has been because his company has use their power claws to toss and delay the case for too long now. Go ahead and defend the system that has left all it youth very poor and languishing in poverty, a system that has failed to solve problems of corrupt practices and crimes. You claim they are locking criminals and yet workers are owed day by day, State funds are missing day by day and crimes are on the increase, private individual pulling bullion vans into their houses in broad daylight.

I have said it, I know very soon I will leave this community and Africa society very soon, so I am less bother of people like you that feels everything is alright and cherrypick some cases to justify and cover the failure and rottenness of the system.
I only weep for the plight of posterity. All I know is that same posterity will judge us.

Well I can now see where your grudge with the system emanates from: Your dad's entitlement issue in Court. That is why I still reiterate that our Justice system isn't perfect. There are bad eggs in the system and that is a common problem worldwide.

I have presented facts to buttress my stand on the successes still being recorded by our Justice system, notwithstanding the noticeable imperfections as well.

All the same, I wish you goodluck in your quest to leave Nigeria for greener pasture elsewhere (tho the grass is not always greener at the other side lipsrsealed).

My vexation is not from my father's gratuity, he is doing fine now, I mentioned that as a first hand experience. Only a naive individuals will sit and enjoy the soap opera you're writing, certainly not an individual like me. The way you're carefully handpicking some cases will only mean either you're profiting from the failed system or you just chose to act blindly against all odds and lastly, you could just be a young lad who is naive to reality.

Africa Society is just too stiff and very unethical with issues of resource management and leadership. Infact, it is a mindset problem.

The pasture will be greener for me in the other side. I have worked thick and thin right here and alast I have noticed that except for a few righteous and genuine people majority of those who bow to corruption or those who support corrupts practice are the ones that really thrive. If you don't know someone or you don't have a strong backing(money), you will suffer for being good and ethical. My personality and life style will not make me reach my dream if I remain here, I don't have much choice.

What have you ended up saying.

If you are so masculine and has force, why haven't you channeled it to the government of the day watching her citizens killed.
A pastor raped you 18years ago yet you attended his church even after the rape?
Only to come out now to spew nonsense and then what? Why didn't she head to the court.
I don't care care your definition of Church but if you are one of those sabotaging the men of God, and her Churches better withdraw yourself Because God will soon punish you.
If she have evidence let her go to court. If the man of God is found guilty he will be punished if no evidence then she should hold her piece.
God will also punish all of you that covers the truth. All of you that reads those part of the bible that favours you.God will punish all of you that makes it hard for people to believe he is a just God.Punishment awaits all of you that brings division to Christianity. All of you that makes it hard for the revival of lost souls will be punished.ALL OF YOU! CALL A SPADE A SPADE.

You and your lot have tried to divide the house of God. Only the pastor and that lady really can tell what happened between them.

Nigerians are too emotional....
We don't apply logics and due to that we don't care who the offender or the defendant is before we draw our emotional judgement.

Assuming this is Biodun fatoyinbo at work, at least he's using the police no mater how you think the Nigeria police are corrupt whichever way he's doing the right thing, the truth can never be told on social media, it's all for sympathy and that's what timi dakolo is doing. We need to be guided.

The said pastor stepped down and he's trying to pursue the case legally using what the law provided
