I can tell you for free it's a scam 100%

You should be able to see through the scam easily,no sane and responsible mom will tell a boy she has never met to buy a phone for adolescent daughter.

Naija girls with their petty scams always make me ,they are not even half as smart as their looks while at it.

My advice is that u should buy the phone provided you can really afford it,as affordable as it would mean nothing if u lost the money,then call her out to hang out and u give her the phone in person.

Do not send the money for the purchase of the phone buy it yourself and give to her in person so u can meet her and assess her better.

Then sit back an watch her reactions,if it's a scam like I guessed,there will be a second billing,act all cool and follow through only that this time the terms and conditions will be getting bouncy in bed or nothing.
