Boiled down, Reason 9 is that they believe that the applicant does not have sufficient ties to Nigeria to bring them back if granted a visa. So that is the angle you will have to work on if you wish to re-apply (which you should not do too soon if its for a tourism visit, lest you appear desperate, thus reinforcing the original decision).

Can one reapply immediately for student visa?

Yes, you can, assuming that your reason for wanting to travel to France is enduring and hasn't expired (i.e. your admission is still valid for the session, etc.).

However, one shouldn't just throw in the same or substantially the same documents as used with the rejected application. One should try to add to the evidentiary documents presented the next time, especially with an eye to the reason for the first rejection. Nowadays, most embassies are very interested in your proposed plans to return to your country after the course, and a lot of people are rejected on the grounds that they haven't shown why they need to pursue so and so course and its relevance to their current or planned careers, a point you might want to remember to expand upon in your cover letter/interview.

Lol. I’m only preparing towards either of the response (yes or No). Me being positive will not change the outcome of the Visa. I hope you have submitted your application?

Can I send u a pm?

Should send in tomorrow. I travelled back to jos because I failed to go with a document. That's why I didn't submit on Friday. However, I am very confused now because of the US stuff, whether I should just quit the France stuff and save my money even though I have spent a sum already . Sure, you can send me a pm bro

Okay. I sent in a PM. I will not advise you to quit France because US is not guaranteed. If you have not received your I-20 at this moment, it might be difficult to get an appointment date. What if your request for expedite appointment is not approved? With your full scholarship, your passport will not spend more than 2 weeks at the French Consulate. Make sure you request for letter stating that you can resume after your resumption date because I'm very sure you are suppose to resume for Orientation by August.
The same mistake I made last year looking at the US only but was denied twice.

Almost the same as the UK.
You must have gotten an offer with a firm in France, then your employer would file for your work permit after showing they cannot get a candidate in the French labour market.

With the fact that french is not part of our lingua franca, this particular route is almost not feasible.

I submitted my application at the vfs today in Abuja. Those vfs staffs can be frustrating.
I only have one reservation, the DoB on my Waec certificate is wrong by a day. Instead of 13th, it was 12th. But I didn't submit the Waec anyway as we were told it's not needed for postgraduate studies rather copies of degree certificate.

I have a fully funded PTDF scholarship. Should I be worried?
