Exactly what I did and was rated 1 ( one missing timestamp by the way). Escalated it but the lady was telling me something else.

The only work I did without error but with that missing timestamp. She said that when such occurs, you should press the ESC up to (or more than) 50 times. That it will definitely load.

The whole thing is discouraging especially with the whole rating of a thing. Just took few days to study the FAQ but still encountering issues on the transcription job.

We're all in the stage one point a time. Missing time stamp, it's something that you will understand as you go along the process. It's cut the flow of the conversation. Some of them are just words such as, yes, no and correct.
When a conversation ends with a question. And the next start without the answer to that question. There definitely something missing. It's not your fault. It's the problem of the particular script you are working on. But you are expected to find the solution to that problem. That's were the esc Key comes into play. Go to slack read call checking. Just use all resource available to you.

they mark me down for following their format in long statements. That was what dropped me from steady 5s, experimenting.
For punctuation, they prefer we keep it basic, very basic. I've gotten warnings for colons, semi colons and putting stuff in brackets. I must say though that I abused it.

Thanks. I am following the slack platform. I have learnt somethings from there and have finished the FAQ book twice. I will still keep on pushing.

Voters card or international passport should serve the same purpose.

For those of us that are using smartphone, go and download an app on playstore called Nextapp. It's a keyboard with the ESC, F1,F2,F3 features. I'm currently using the app

don't have a voters id and my international passport expired 4 months ago, way before I stumbled on this thread.
register for national ID number and card. Once you get the NIN you can use the printed slip with the number on it. You'd get in probably a week to two (maybe a few days even) at most.

Don't worry. Just take it one step at a time, you'll soon get the hang of it.

Please, guys I was working on a call and the time got expired, so I was returned to the queue.
What will now happen to that particular call I was working on? Because I'm done, was only cross checking.
Would they give me another chance to submit it?
