I didn't comment after my interview, but my experience is such that the Panel tend to ask difficult questions if you have very high score (>=90%) in your CBT, and you are an EH. The lady that ushered me in knew my CBT Score, and they already discussed it before the USher-in to face Panel. So, on that note, CBT score may likely be aggregated with your interview score (confidence, communication, precision in answering, dressing, ect). It was the easiest interview I have had in my career life.
Okay ummm, best luck to everyone who are expecting. For me, I have had 2 other interviews with International Oil/Gas/Energy governance sectors after my NNPC interview, and it looks like I will not take NNPC offer even though I am highly likely to make it as an EH (SS1 to be precise).

For some reason I feel really, had a brief look at the 2012 recruitment from NHJ, one post said bout 207 engineers (GT), 380( not precise) non engineering and also 380 EH, for GTs I think we could use ratio of 1:2 since its believed there would be bout double what was employed then.

You are an Experience Hire, you are not permitted to say you don't have an answer to any questions we ask you in this interview.

Check am see now. alerts were for 1 day last week. It means majority never receive alert. If alert was for all working days, it means most would get the alert. Remember, only 2 NNPC staff sent the alerts.

1. Alert 1 carried NNPC INTERVIEW T/FARE REIMBURSEMENT FROM MIS STAFF
2. Alert 2 CARRIED A NAME FROM COMPENSATION STAFF.


As the recruitment has been concluded and APL awaited, it means the alertees have the smaller numerical advantage.

Actually native wear is considered corporate in the Federal Civil Service.

At least 3 members of my panel wore Northern kaftans.

I expect they will be scored as normal.

Would love to connect with you.i had similar experience.my panel chairman kept bombarding me with questions.it was strange because I applied for GT position and people of similar position were asked few questions.for those asking how we were graded this is my take dressing/appearance10,ability to answer field related questions 25,interpersonal situational question 25,safety ??,leadership situational question??,CV ??. Yes CV had score.i was called back to be asked a question on my cv and corrected.

You can get up to 4/5 or 8/10 depending in the scale. Again depending on the mood of the person grading u. He expects u wear complete suit. If you are not complete, some people term it office casual even with a tie on.
