I am not an advocate of video clips as the main tool to asses players it is too easily contrived and manipulated to make players look better than they actually are. When i submit video clips i only submit 5-7 minute clips of individual games not merge 5/6 games into one clip to make you look like Neymar when you are more like Phil Neville.

Aribo is tough battling midfielder who has fought his way against all odds to get to where he is, he hant been schooled in the technical niceties of the game but he is a warrior and he is somewhat similar to Gerrard in his style of play. Now that's the pertinent phrase STYLE OF PLAY.

So i am going to put three Youtube videos of these 4 players Aribo, Eze, Onomah,
and Chuks which gives a clear indication of thier STYLE OF PLAY then you can answer the question which most suites the 9ja way or if you like historical organisation delivery ethos of the SE.

The choice is your, Akpoo, Amala, Starch or Pounded Yam tongue tongue tongue

Ovie does not need to bulk up AT ALL he is deceptively strong although he doesn't really like the physical side of football he is more intelligent and technical with his football.

Komekn, why is Ebere still in QPR?

He is obviously too good for the championship.

Is there a tangible reason he isn't in a better club yet? I was thinking you may know why

The point I'm making is if our midfield is crap why can't we switch to playing more from the flank?? Agreed neither Musa nor Chukwueze are playmakers but they are goalscorers. The modified doesn't necessarily have to be the one feeding them the ball..
Using Liverpool as an example, their midfield last season lacked creativity that was right after Coutinho left and Chamberlain got injured..Klopp improvised and switched to wing play... It worked! Robertson and Arnold contributed over 30 assists between them and created loads of chance maybe more than the midfield itself.. Salah and Mane played their own part too!!
Why can't Rohr try the same strategy? Give the wingers more freedom up front!! . Look at Onyekuru for instance, he has been playing as a wide forward most of his career.. that's how he thrive. he has scored load of goals from that position. Imagine Rohr asking him to be supporting the defence when he plays!! How can he thrive in that role??

I dunno why some of us find it easy to say we have crap players when the coach's fault are glaring..

You cannot build an attacking team with a weak spine

Liverpool afforded to build an attacking side of wingers because they have Salah, Mane and Firminho 3 mature worldclass players whose style is INTERPLAY and they have a solid midfield to recycle the play if their attack fails. And it took Kloop years

Please please please don't compare Liverpool with SE, we are still struggling with setplays

Building the team around Iwobi is like building your house on sand as he is inconsistent and not matured on the ball

The truth is the SE lack the player to build an attacking the team around

Building the team around Iwobi is a project. If it doesn't work it can be discarded. But It will most likely work, not over night.

Iwobi's confidence grew when he began to play no. 10 for us. Building the team around him will help his development massively.

And really I think we underestimate Iwobi. You need to watch some his sublime killer and playmaking passes at Arsenal.

Rohr's defensive system may have handicapped Iwobi a bit.

Bench warmer that played 34 epl games with about 20 starts is that one bench warmer

I dont understand why some people will refer iwobi as a bench warmer

@ bolded.. u are wrong. It took Klopp a few games to get the team to start playing full attacking heavy metal football .He just didn't have the right players back then. He had Coutinho and Lallana who provided the bulk of the team's creativity from midfield. When they weren't available Klopp improvised and switched to wing play!
Rohr has been in charge of the team for 3 years and still doesn't have a visible pattern of play!!

And that's entirely Rohr's fault!!!

What stopped him from inviting players like Ebere Eze to try out the AM role?

The AM isn't really our problem..it's the way Rohr set up the team!! When Moses was around,he was our star player.. He had a lot of freedom in the team.. Could play anywhere up front.. that was how he thrived . But Rohr has reduced our wingers to playing more defensive...
You keep saying we don't have good players.. but these players will put up good performances at their club .

With the kind of stat the likes of Chukwueze, Onyekuru and Osimhen had last season, any serious coach would have know how to utilize them properly!!

God bless u bro. I even rate ejaria ahead of him just that the Bobo too lanky which is the reason he is easily bullied off the ball.

If he can bulk up a bit he is a younger version of Paul pogba

The guy has it all but still not the finished product. In a season or two the guy have the qualities to metamophose to a beast.

He is an unpolished version of Yaya toure. He is robust, tall, skillful with a sweet left foot and scores goals as well.

He is a natural CM but can be deployed as a 10 or 4. Even in charlton he was used as a left winger in few occasions.

As for Eze and Aribo, Hope you know their are more technicalities in their playing for the SE than just invitations, do not trade blames if you don't know who is fully responsible for player switch of nationality

Nigerian whizkid James Olayinka will fancy his chances of making his professional debut for Arsenal in the coming months, allnigeriasoccer.com reports.

The 18-year-old midfielder was pictured training with the Gunners stars at London Colney in St Albans on Friday following their return from the United States.

Olayinka was part of the traveling squad to USA and participated in the friendlies against Colorado Rapids and Fiorentina.

The highly-rated teenager announced himself to the world as one of the talented players in the Arsenal Academy to keep an eye on after scoring on his full debut against the Major League Soccer club.

He will make his maiden appearance at the Emirates Stadium for the first team should he feature against Olympique Lyonnais on Sunday, July 28.

Despite starring for Arsenal's youth teams, Olayinka has no international caps for the youth teams of Nigeria or England but that could change soon as he has been generating a lot of buzz.

England won't allow Ademola Lookman to fall off the radar after his move to RB Leipzig.

The Daily Mail says England will make regular checks on Lookman following the promising winger's £22.5million move to Germany.

The forward has completed his switch to Red Bull Leipzig from Everton to become the latest English talent to move to the Bundesliga, following the likes of Jadon Sancho and Reiss Nelson.

And the FA will jet representatives out to Germany on a regular basis to ensure senior team manager Gareth Southgate is kept updated on his progress.

Southgate hopes the prospect of regular senior football will help propel the 21-year-old into contention for a first senior call-up.

Joe Aribo has wasted little time in winning over the Rangers support.

Lee Bowyer was upset to see him leave Charlton, and his early performances under Steven Gerrard have shown why.

The 23-year-old scored the opener in last night's Europa League second qualifying round match against Progres Niederkorn at Ibrox, and it further endeared him to a support that has already been impressed.

Steven Gerrard warns Rangers 'still have work to do' against Progres Niederkorn

The comments below give an indication as to how much the Rangers fans have enjoyed watching Aribo so far.

@CemetryGates89: "Holy moly what a player Aribo is"

@Rab_Mc97: "No wonder Charlton and Lee Bowyer are f***ing raging, Joe Aribo is an absolute steal. We’ve robbed them blind"

@RJB__29: "Try not to get too excited by new signings (especially in pre-season) but I’m right on the Joe Aribo gravy train. £200k is a steal"

@funonwheels27: "Joe Aribo looks an absolute steal for what we paid for him and is going be a star"

@cotterad: "Aribo will be playing at a top six prem team within three years"

@derekclarksport: "Joe Aribo looks a class act...how Rangers got him for chicken feed is an incredible bit of business"

@Aidan1872: "Big Joe Aribo is a pler"

@hernanfpacheco: "The only porn in the first half of RangersTV today was Aribo's"

@JwWatp: "Aribo is a joy to watch"

@rsjh0501: "Joe Aribo. What a man
