My sauce also mentioned this to me last night. The GGM HR was sent a memo to do justification to increase hirings ( this would delay APL release but better for all man). NNPC has the record of recruiting 15,000 in one exercise. This 5000 is possible as a large core of mid to top level hit retirement age over the next 2-3years. This story of recruiting 4500 or 5000 seems believable because during the interview a sauce told me they were wondering why NNPC invited 9000 if they actually needed 1300,they were actually expecting 4k interviewees Atleast.

Having said that with the way they conducted the interview asking GTs some soft 4 or 5 questions in which 3 of the questions are constant throughout maybe they just wanna see your physically performance even if it's average.

Let just pray that this set favours us cos this once in a lifetime opportunity.

My interview went well. Contrary to other people's experiences shared here about their panel members being friendly, members of my own panel had straight faces.
I introduced myself to the panel...gave them basic info about me and the little experience I have. Prior to this time, I was all jittery before I was called into the room but the moment I stepped into that room, all the fear in my body disappeared fiam!! I couldn't believe it myself. My questions were quite simple except for the one that had to do with youth development. I was asked about my course, my project, 2 competency based questions and 1 safety question. I was told to ask them a question and I asked the chief panelist how nnpc had helped her career grow, which she gladly told me. The panel secretary ushered me out of the room and I was so happy with myself because I was so confident and able to look into their eyes and answer their questions.
I know God has already prepared my APL and I can't wait to receive it! Glory!!!

So we are waiting for next week Wednesday for another batch of payment. This time it should come heavily because it will be a salary week.

And if it doesn't come. That means there is fire on the mountain for both parties because we won't be able to know which party is safe until APL starts dropping.
