Chriswazo:Go and play with sand little boy... You are still the same person that had an interview and did not share here until after someone accused you of your rubbish act. The truth is you fail to understand a simple post. I saw your rubbish suggestion about people cancelling dates & then they should use an enrolment deadline with a later date. They are so many consequences if people that booked 2 months ago take that route. Would it not be foolish for them to cancel their registration after waiting that long. I know someone here who had an issue with you here about a month ago after you got yourself into an argument with him.Like I said, you are just a juvenile. Go and grow some large cojones then quote this post again. Shalom! |

it appears Germany provides one of the smoothest route out of this country, all things being equal, especially after previously getting double rejection from new zealand on financial ground, am quite hopeful that we will all be in dutchland before the year runs out whether village people likes it or not especially with the frequency with which AMs are rolling in. |

Interview Transcript I arrived the embassy at 5.50am and met about 5 persons already waiting. At 6.00am, the security man at the gate asked us to go to the car park and return at 6.30am, obviously because he didn't want any lashing from Mr. Paulinus. But when he noticed that nobody was ready to do his bidding, he asked us to moved away from the entrance and stay by the waste bin. We waited till 6.30 filing out in a queue and Mr. Paulinus started his display immediately. He is everything we have heard here and more! To the business of the day proper..............I was interviewed by the calm dark lady in room 2. VO: Can I have your passport and interview letter? Me: Sure ma'am (and I quickly passed it to her with trembling hands) VO: What visa are you here for? Me: Student visa ma'am VO: Bachelors or Masters? Me: Masters ma'am VO: School? Me: Technical University of Munich VO: Check that your documents are arranged in this order (she passes a checklist to me) Me: Arranged my document in the order and passed them back to her VO: Gives me 2 slips to sign, retrieves one and asked me to take the other. Thereafter collects my visa fee and issues receipt. VO: What program? Me: Master of Science in Consumer Science VO: Why Consumer Science? Me: Consumer Science because it teaches graduates how consumers operate in their social, environmental and economic contexts against the backdrop of evolving digitization and technological advancement. It combines perspective from various disciplines cutting across management, social and consumer sciences. VO: What was your first degree? Me: Bachelor of Science in Business Education VO: How is this program related to your first degree? Me: M.Sc. Consumer Science provides me the option of choosing from 3 specialization, in this case, I am choosing the Management option (Strategy, Marketing and Leadership) which is greatly related to my first degree and my current job role as an ER/T Supervisor for an oil servicing company. In the last 6 months I have also worked with the Business Development section of my company in conducting research for business expansion and drafting proposals for would-be clients. This new assignment/role ignited my passion to study for a Consumer Science degree that provides management expertise as well as consumer science knowledge. VO: Who is funding this program? Me: I am self sponsoring and I have funded. VO: This is a 3in1, what do you know about Germany in terms of geography, economy and political Me: Germany is located in the Western and Central part of Europe, it has a land area of 357,368km sq. It has 16 states, Berlin is the capital and also the biggest city in Germany. It is bordered by nine countries. (She cuts in and says economy). Germany has the largest economy in the EU with a GDP of approximately 3.7 trillion USD, Germany is the 4th largest economy in the world. It is also the fifth largest economy by purchasing power parity. It is the 3rd largest producing of vehicles in the world (cuts in, political). Germany is s democratic federal parliamentary republic. The country is headed by a president named Frank Walter Steinmeier and he was elected into office in 2017. The head of government is the Chancellor, Angela Merkel, she was voted into office in 2005 and is currently running her 4th term. The parliament comprises of the Bundesrat and the Bundestag. Bundestrat also referred to as the federal Council is the upper house. It comprises of 69 members and they are representatives of the 16 federated states. The president is Daniel Gunther and he was elected into office in November 2018. Bundestag is the lower house of parliament. It was established as a result of article III of the basic constitution of the Federal Republic of Germany in 1949. It comprises of 709 members and the president is Wolfgand Schauble. He assumed office in 2017. VO; Another 3in1, why Germany, Why not Nigeria, Why not UK or the US? Me: Germany because of the high standard of education introduced and sustained over the years coupled withe the combination of practical and theoretical methods of learning. Germany is the fourth safest country in the world for international student based on a survey conducted by the student room website. The opportunity of learning a second language with over 100 million native speakers cannot be overemphasized. The program combination is not readily available in Nigeria. UK and USA are expensive and Germany is offering me same quality education at little or no cost VO: When is your resumption? Me: October 1st VO: She told me I didn't put a contact phone number and email address for my school on my application form. I quickly told her I know a contact email address, she returned the forms and asked me to write it with pen. I sharperly wrote it o. VO: Do you have any children? (I answered) How old is the eldest? (I answered) Are you married? (I answered) VO: Have you applied for a German visa before? Me: No ma'am but I have obtained a schengen visa in the 2014. VO: That will be all. You will hear from us. Me: Can I ask a question ma'am? VO: Please go ahead Me: I have an introduction letter from my office, can I drop it? VO: We already have everything we need from you. Me: Today is my birthday ma'am, can I get a cake from the embassy? She laughed and wished me a happy birthday. Na so I see am oooooo |

If you are waiting for interview date and is not forthcoming, pls stay calm. If you are unable to get admission this winter, pls stay calm and pursue summer. The tension is just too much here. What matters most is we should be focused and also avoid insults and respect each other. God bless you all. |
