Oh I get you now, that's sad to hear. There's a moniker here some pages back that claimed he tweeted CIC and they told him to claim professional degree for law when WES evaluated it as BSc. I hope he reads this. Tina26: |

iphenon:The threads is so long, 400pages plus is a lot and not everyone has the time to go through all of them. I had a question and i tried searching for it but after 20 pages, I was getting no where. So I have to Pop the question and got immediate response. Even though its annoying, be generous to keep helping the new ones. If we knew better, we won't be asking. |

ladymarshall:It was me and I contacted them via Facebook. It depends on the VO. I've read stories online about people who scaled through this route and I've read a story about this man's friends situation. It is unfair from CICs part as what they state on their website should hold throughout the process |

Hello Azeemazeemah. Please tell your wife to log on to NLS website to get info on how to process her law school transcript. It is pretty straightforward. You can send me an email for a contact at law school to help facilitate the process. All the best Azeemazeemah: |

Good morning everyone, 2 quick questions 1. I am preparing my POF, however I got a bulk inflow from my spouse. Do I need a gift deed for the transfer. Also considering I transfer funds to my wife's account in random but regular intervals and also did a bulk of about 40% of the recent inflow about 5 months ago Can I just tender my bank statement without any issue with the process? Is it important to use fixed deposit or mutual funds? 2. My 3 months old daughter doesn't have a Nigerian passport yet as she was born in the US and ETC was used to bring her into Nigeria. We are trying to get the Nigerian passport but can we use the US passport to submit the application and raise CSE when the Nigerian passport is ready? |

Good morning house. Has anyone here used UBA for bank reference letter? Their letter head doesn't carry the contact details. Only has the HQ address in Lagos, and names of chairman and board members. No email and phone number. Hope this isn't an issue? |

jjohndoe83:One of my dependents had a health condition a few days after birth, so they wanted a letter from a specialist indicating that the condition was resolved. We provided the letter within a few days and then we heard nothing from them in that regard for months. |

Thank you so much. But i filled in the right name post ITA. My AOR and Biometrics letters contain the right name. Its just that Applicant information part on my profile that has the wrong spelling. tolfa: |
| Re: Canadian Express Entry/federal Skilled Workers Program - Connect Here Part 8 by tolfa(m): 11:19am On Jul 31, 2019 |
Personally, since your letters have the correct information I think that's the main thing sha because the golden mail too wont have spelling error obviously too. You can possibly try to see if you can edit your profile name by clicking on a mini Dropbox at the top right corner of your profile page(am sure of making corrections through this post ITA/preAOR) Sam07045: |

So I am finally back on the thread for good after such a long break in the month of July. AORed 4:40am on July 30 and now have my fingers crossed. Thanks to everyone who was of immense help pre ITA and pre AOR, special thanks to @topsmamen, the man with the heart of gold, @ladymarshall, the boss lady herself and @joo2018. God bless you all. Please I need join my July people for the group wey dem don creat o. Please you guys should do well to PM me on how to join July AOR group biko. In other news, newbies please and please do well to do a search of whatever questions you have bothering you. This can be done by using the search box provided on the top and bottom of the page. Questions can then be asked if you do not get satisfactory answers from doing this. Also when quoting anyone, let us do well to reduce some of content of the quoted texts. Doing this will reduce the pace at which pages are being exhausted on the thread and make it even easier to navigate and catch up incase one was away for a while for inevitable reasons. I wan celebrate my PPR for this season o biko. God bless us all! |

Toconline16:I think what they are preaching here is the reading culture, so many questions repeated about WES, ICES, CES, two or more certs etc, these are readily available on page 1, let's try to search information ourselves, remember Ielts reading ...... |

Hmm! What a dilemma! Damage-control would be my advice since he's post-AOR. Don't withdraw the application. The process is too long post-AOR, it takes months. Let him go for the biometrics. Since previous posts on this page has established that the nature of the outcome depends on the VO, my advice would be to preempt the VO's decision. Raise a CSE afterwards explaining that he strongly believes his LLB is a professional degree despite WES evaluation because IRCC stipulates LLBs as professional/master degrees, and add a screenshot of the page where IRCC shows that in the CRS ranking tool or any other page. He can claim he's a victim of this IRCC/WES confusion, lol. How he words the LOE is important, I hope he uses the right words. The VO might consider and grant him PPR or the he might reject and recalculate his scores, it's 50:50. As a back-up plan, let him also do another ECA with IQAS now (if he can afford it. If he's rejected, he will have to afford it anyway), so that in the event of a rejection (assuming the ECA is the reason for the rejection, hopefully not), he can appeal and upload his new ECA requesting that his file be reopened. IRCC is most likely to reopen it because of the new updated document. Or if the appeal is not successful, he can comfortably re-enter the pool and use his new IQAS evaluation to claim more points. I think either way he wins with IQAS as a back-up plan. I would also advise he raises GCMS early 3-3.5 months post-AOR so he can quickly detect if the VO still has any issues with his ECA All the best. ibrotee0: |

Of course you can. Your wish is CIC's command. I would not use the word "remove" if it's my CSE tho, it sounds so violent to refer to a child Request that you would like CIC to consider your adopted dependant as unaccompanying onwards due to change in certain circumstances. You still have to submit the medicals tho. Scbhoviv: |
