Come on... the message was clear na. be careful what you do today so that moro, it wont hunt you. i believe he deserves the award because rather than pull his political strenght, he realized his mistake, apologized and submitted himself to all relevant enforcement that invited him and as we know today, the case is still in court. while we are not sure of the outcome cos there might not be a conviction but his adherence to the rule of law is examplary
