bro forget antutu, lets talk of real life performance..i use to take antutu serious untill an sd 632 out perform my prev. Sd 636. Both are different brands though. Optimization is the key here

OP, the Nigerian version of Samsung S10 uses exynos chipset which is the indigenous chipset of Samsung. It's only the US and Chinese version that uses the SD 855.

You'd better rule out the SD chipset of it's going to fluence your buying decision

In my opinion pick the cheaper one,both phones would satisfy your needs to the fullest,is it battery,camera or processor, they are both very good and would both satisfy your needs

Both are great phones and u can't go wrong with either. But personally I'll choose the S10 plus. P30 pro has a better overall camera but S10 plus camera is also top of the line. I don't need 5x optical zoom. It boils down to what matters most to u, and for me these are

1. Display. I want the best display because this is what i stare at when using my phone. P30 pro has a great display but S10 plus display is better.

2. Expandable memory: I want to be able to swap sd cards at will and S10 plus got me covered. I'm not buying that nano SD card on the p30 pro. For starters where u want see am buy?

3. Headphone jack: I love using wired headphones. S10 plus got me covered, p30 pro doesn't have this.

4. One UI: I don't need to say more. Way better than emui

S10 is better for you. You're in Nigeria. I dunno why the hell someone will need 5x optical zoom. Thats just a perk in my opinion. Let's be practical. People keep taking about low light photos. 3 years ago, the pixel was King and people adored it. Today, they'll call it shit. Unless you compare photos side by side, you'll not know how bad your photo is. Unless you compare your display to another, you'll not get worried. Why do people put themselves through stress? You don't need low light photography, you want it.

The s10 is a better overall design.
Samsung is a more recognised brand in Nigeria, so any repairs you'll be doing are easily sourced.

Battery life is decent on the s10. Again, unless you compare it to another phone, you'll have no issues.


Everyother thing that may matter - display, performance... the similarities between them is negligible.

Reviewers make you think so many things matter, but in all honesty and in honor of feasibility, they don't. Don't let them deceive you. Your brain begins to register their own wants and demands as your own wants and demands. And that's why when you walk into a store, you pick an amoled over an LCD. Because 'they' say LCDs have washed out colours. And because they have said that, you want that to be your thought too.

The truth is, phones will always get better. Buy what you can afford, stay contented and happy. Watch less reviewers bash and critique phones if you know you have a low phone self esteem.

Don't believe the lies that it must be AMOLED. Don't believe the lies that it must be the latest processor or have a 90hz screen or have 4k recording (something a lot of you don't use, just making noise cause reviewers say so).

You have always waited patiently for your phone to charge full before you unplug it. You won't die if it doesn't fill fro 0 - 70% in 30 mins. You see, OEMs and reviewers make you think these things are necessary, but they're not. They are just after your money.

To use night mode one has to be still before u can capture a great shot. I own a galaxy S10 so believe me its a great phone. There are some features like the 50x AI zoom you wont be using. Snapdragon, Exynos, kirin are all great processors believe me u won't notice significant difference in performance or battery life definitely 1 is better but not so significant. Look at the images below and tell me what effect would the tiny flash on ur phone have on such images. Ur guess is as good as mine, the flash on ur phone would not make any difference. I'm still team Samsung though.

P30 pro makes S10+ looks inferior but S10+ is still the best.

In my personal opinion, the S10+ is a better device.... I don't own any Huawei devices, so i might be biased......
