I THINK the e-copy should suffice, am not sure if they meant hard copy. notwithstanding, the soft copy could be printed as well. but use the soft copy

The middle name on my NECO cert was totally different from what I use on other certificates like MSc and also int passport. Wes still accepted without any question. Waiting for my evaluation report anyway. Maybe you should contact Wes they might advice.
