Dear Fam,

I thin I'm in a serious trouble. My name on my BEngr Certificate reads as "Middle name, First name, Last name"
I have applied for WES and stated "First name, Middle name, Last name" and I have paid WES please, can I do affidavit to show that its the same person?

Thanks

It means the contact is potentially fraudulent and you should abort any communication with them or get duped.
Hope you understand it now?

Hello, please were you informed by WES that they had sent for verification to your school?

I have been calling this number but I was later told it is for post graduate transcripts only..Not for Bsc transcripts
WeAreDLucky1s:

You do not need to make any additional Payment.

Please call their NOUN TRANSCRIPT official number 0811-503-2088 to be sure and mind you, that number is all you need to get your Transcript issues resolved. I just got off call with them, they are very responsive and always ready to help. Contrast to the glorified "CONVENTIONAL UNIVERSITY" that i attended for Undergraduate study, where i was told that "replying to the verification EMAIL from WES via EMAIL is $50=N20,000 approx." JUST TO REPLY AN EMAIL shocked aside paying N27,000 for the initial payment for transcript processing. Also, i have to even tip someone there too, since they don't have an informative portal to give good guidance. Trust me, i am proud i went through NOUN for the M.Sc, its such a huge difference in positive light.

NB: I am writing this based on personal experience. Mine is Postgraduate Transcript, it was sent within two weeks and according to them, they replied within 3 days of receiving VERIFICATION Email and i did not make additional payment.

Good morning everyone,

2 quick questions

1. I am preparing my POF, however I got a bulk inflow from my spouse. Do I need a gift deed for the transfer. Also considering I transfer funds to my wife's account in random but regular intervals and also did a bulk of about 40% of the recent inflow about 5 months ago Can I just tender my bank statement without any issue with the process?

Is it important to use fixed deposit or mutual funds?

2. My 3 months old daughter doesn't have a Nigerian passport yet as she was born in the US and ETC was used to bring her into Nigeria. We are trying to get the Nigerian passport but can we use the US passport to submit the application and raise CSE when the Nigerian passport is ready?

Can someone pls advise

I thought about this too. I haven't seen anyone on here use it but as a transcript was issued, it might be worth a try.
LadyMarshall, Topsmamen what do you guys think?

cochtrane:

I don't think I have seen any details here on anyone using this certification. But why don't you go ahead and give it a try. You could be the first to earn points with this. And then you will have shown others the way.

Anyways, any certification where you earned credits and for which a transcript can be issued is more likely to be favorably looked upon by WES or any of the credentials evaluation bodies.

Hello everyone,

I read here that TBills is profitable but I feel like I have been swindled. Decided to purchase TBills with POF instead of leaving the money in my account and of course, for security reasons. I already did the math with the rates I saw here and my online research. I was expecting a reasonable interest but the interest I received hit me hard (still pissed sef). Now, I need clarification so that I will prepare myself well for a showdown at that bank.

I used Zenith bank and had to wait for over a week before the TBills were auctioned (so they said). I waited happily (in my mind..."yay primary market = better interest rate). The day eventually came, to my utmost disappointment, the interest I received was lower than 5%. Never read anywhere or met anyone whose interest was that low. Could the bank have done something shady? Do TBills investments have custodians? The letter that was sent to me bears Zenith Pension as my custodian. Then the discount rate is stated as 10% p.a. (but as I stated earlier, I was credited with less than 5%). Should the interest be calculated per annum? The duration of the TBill's 182 days. Are there circumstances that can make a person's interest that low? Someone who's knowledgeable in this should please give me the necessary information.

I feel cheated. I feel like I tied my money down for nothing.

The interest rate stated is per annum. If the tenure of your investment is 182 days, that's just about 6 months, hence the interest rate will be half of 10%.
