In other news top Nigerian athletes like Divine Odurududu, Blessing Okagbare,Tobi Amusan and Ese Brume are likely to boycott the African games over the poor treatment of athletes in Nigeria..
I hope they keel to their word!! Now is the time to fix the crack in the sport sector!! The football team can't be the only ones enjoying the money...

forgiveness:

Players form prior to the Olympics should determine players selections.

Is this year still not prio to the Olympics? We have a two-legged clash against Sudan in a few months and that falls within the FIFA window. We have a team for the qualifiers and any other player can break in as the team evolves.

Belgian First Division A side Royal Excel Mouscron have completed the signing of former Real Madrid starlet Cedric Omoigui.

The 24-year-old striker has penned a three-year contract that will keep him at Royal Excel Mouscron until the summer of 2022.

Omoigui will be familiar to Nigerian fans as he was invited to train with the Flying Eagles by coach John Obuh in 2012 and was called up to a Nigeria U23 training camp by Samson Siasia in December 2014.

The Benin City-born attacker has recently plied his trade for Spanish Segunda Division outfit CF Fuenlabrada, scoring 11 goals in 27 games last season.

After leaving the youth team of Real Madrid, Omoigui spent a decade at Mallorca until 2018 and played on loan at Valencia during the 2015-2016 season.

Royal Excel Mouscron, who drew their opening match of the season vs KSV Roeselare, face Anderlecht in their next league match on Sunday, August 4.

I hope Awoniyi and Osimhen perform in the French league and Iheanacho finds his feet in England.

Very good league for them to play competitive football and develop. Also an opportunity for us to really evaluate them.

It's not government money they asking for. The IOC gives money for athletes to train and prepare for the olympics and our federation have not released a kobo yet.

SCORENigeria can exclusively report that Swedish club IFK Goteborg have placed a staggering seven million Euros price tag on Nigerian youngster Alhassan Yusuf, who has attracted interests from several top European clubs.

“The initial thinking was that IFK will ask for about five million Euros, but they are now demanding a transfer fee of seven million Euros,” a source informed SCORENigeria

It is almost double what they received when young striker Benjamin Ngren moved to Belgian club Genk recently.

Ironically, the exciting midfielder cost IFK almost nothing when he moved to Sweden last year and signed a pro deal when he clocked 18.

Ajax, Barcelona, Watford and Anderlecht are among the clubs hot on the chase of the former FC Hearts star.

This year Yusuf has been in sparkling form for IFK after he was handed his chance with the first team.

A leading Swedish newspaper has ranked him as the No 1 player under 20 in the country.

He has made 14 league appearances this season, churning out several Man-of-the-Match displays.

And his club are fifth on the table with 30 points from 17 matches.

Gone are the days where our beloved players will be going to Ukraine, turkey,Finland,Malta etc.
We’ve seen real transfers under Rohr in recent times… especially to French League.
Now we have Kalu, Osimhen, Maja and soon will be Onyekuru to Monaco…don’t forget Awaziem once played there on loan too.
…No more Generaspor, jargonsrzpor, fire house in Jamaica…these are real clubs

I'm sorry sir but you don't know lacazette at all. He's strong, hardly goes to ground when fouled, constantly pressing defenders. and he is the very much explosive.
Lacazette is not explosive. Alexis at Arsenal is explosive. Aubameyang is explosive. Laca isn't.
