God bless you bro for this piece. You are always on point. We will all celebrate our approvals this month of August in Jesus mighty Name. Amen.

Frankrobbn1:

You should never compare timelines and profiles when it comes to immigration process. An immigration application is a complex one, with many variables. No two applicants are the same, even if they may have the same date of birth, similar profiles, and may come from similar countries.

Since you have filed your application, you must be aware that there are many questions to be asked on the application, which then has to be supported by documents. This is what makes each application unique, and so does the processing of such applications.

With so many variables, when you compare your application profile with another applicant, you are comparing apples to oranges. Please remember, immigration is law, and, no two cases are ever the same.

The uniqueness of each application does not stop here, the processing and evaluation of each application are done by humans (the visa officer's), who have their own unique personality and way of analysing. Even though each immigration officer is obligated to follow the law as stipulated in the Immigration and Refugee Protection Act, the Regulations, and the manuals, by their speed, way they analyse, and their drive, are factors, which again add more variables.

In conclusion, we have encountered a great number of applicants who secured their Visas with few documentation. Hence, you shouldn't bother nor worry about Dera12345's application to yours. Hang on, Your testimony is close by.

I hope this little piece stands to motivate you. All the best

DannyJ7717:

Frankrobbn1.. Thanks boss for the swift response.. I appreciate.

Please, do you have an idea on how I can go about getting a fully funded scholarship and a supervisor in any of the Canadian universities?

Thanks

Sorry for the late reply. @DannyJ7717, I think the answer to Q-1 also applies to you. As per the list of Canadian universities offering Msc in Biotechnology, you can extend your research to University of Windsor, Brock University, Queen's University, McGill University, etc..

Megatronn:
Quick one please! Frankrobbn1

I have not gotten admissions yet, not even applied to any school but i am looking at MUN if i must say. I am still serving (NYSC) in Abuja and will be done in November. I graduated with a 2:1 in computer science from ESPAM FORMATION UNIVERSITY in Benin Republic. Now my questions:
1- How do i apply to get admissions with funding (full/partial) in MUN for Msc in computer science?

2- Can i sponsor myself with money won from sport betting?

3- If the answer to 2 is yes, how do i convince the VO since it's a lump amount in my account?

Have more questions, but these first. Thanks y'all

Hi

Q1) To secure a partial/full funded scholarship from MUN, you have to search through the university offical website and be able to secure a supervisor in your department/area of speciality who will accept you to work under his/her laboratory. You have to send across a research proposal detailing your research interest, some of your academic achievements, grades during your undergraduate, awards, and publications relevant to your proposed research area as well as why you feel you're qualified to be accepted in the lab and confirming if there is available space in the lab for the term you plan to begin your studies in the university.

Q2) You can't sponsor yourself with funds gotten from a sport betting because it's not a steady source of wealth. If you plan to do so, I would advise you include a co-sponsor to your application, preferably an immediate family member which include parents, siblings, uncle or aunt. In your SOP you shouldn't declare that the funds in your account was gotten from a sport betting as this would be a red flag to your application, you can claim the funds were gotten from a sold property or business. With that being said, documents to ascertain your claims must be included with your application.

You shouldn't only rely on the study leave approval letter. A good and very persuasive SOP would help your case. In your SOP/LOE you're expected to explain in detail the lucrativeness, reasonableness, and career benefits of the program upon your return to Nigeria whether it's financially rewarding that can offest the cost and investment made in the program in Canada. The range of career options available for you and the high employment prospects as well as the huge demand for professionals in your career field etc...

Please any one know anything about George Brown Admission process.

I applied for PGC in Construction Management for Jan 2020 and the admission cycle began early this month.
I received a mail when the admission cycle began congratulating me of my advancement to the next stage which is the online interview and a mail will be sent to me shortly with a link to register for when to take my interview.

It is over 2weeks now as have not receive any mail nor response from them and have sent series of mails all to no positive response.

Please help me.. cry cry cry
