The stew style is new to me as well. We call it Yoruba style in my place. But I grew to like it as well

Pap and fried plantain comes first for me before pap and akara or any other pap combination .

This plantain just graduated from Harvard. It’s like it was fried in special anointing oil. I’m not kidding.
