Products to loc hair? None! You don't use any products in order to prevent build-up.

Are you going to a Loctician to get them done or are you doing them yourself?

Ask me any questions. I know all about locs. cheesy
Seriously?

What is build up?
Yes, I lock my hair myself now.
(Somebody do it for me at home)
Used to go to loctician when I was in Nigeria.
My loc is almost 3 yrs.
I have very bushy and full hair and it's becoming a pain in the AR... cheesy
So pls tell me what to do.
I had wanted to cut them off but oga no gree tongue

I couldn't tell if there was a difference cos it tasted ok to me n this is coming from someone who really hates Ghanaian food except light soup.

I just thought it will taste badly cos of the endless Ghana/ Nig jollof wars.

Closest taste I can describe it as is that it comes close to oven cooked jollof n has no smokey flavor.

cococandy:
I’ve never tried it. I wouldn’t know.

What’s the major difference?

Buildup is dirt residue left in your hair or scalp. This typically comes from products [moisturizers, oils, shampoos, conditioners, locing products] you've used and left in your locs, or that weren't properly washed off during your wash days. With locs, if you're using products in those locs, it's easy for products to become hidden in them, especially if your hair isn't fully loc'd yet, causing BUILDUP.

That said, if you've been locked for 3 years, you can get away with using products, since you're hair is loc'd already by now. Just don't overdo it.

What exactly is the issue you're having?
Have you been going to a loctician to maintain them in the UK?
What type of locs do you have?

I've had locs for a year now. Best decision ever.

Ok, I now know what build up means. Thank u.

I don't condition or do any stuff on my hair except shampoo and loc.
Just want to know the products people use.
I use mango product but my hair swallows everything and demand for more.
Thank u.

Mmm okay.
I do want to taste it to know for myself the reason for the comparison

I think the difference is spices used, I might be wrong though.

Making your banana loaf recipe.

Will post it in mother thread

It’s true the rules are too many. I did 911 defensive driving school so that I learned all their rules and then did several pre-tests before the actual one.

My DH helped me a lot too. I’d say he was the one that even really taught me how to drive.

But the truth is that it will take up to one year after you get your license for you to become proficient. Learning to do the drive is only half of it. Learning your roads is the other half. You will be able to concentrate and drive seamlessly if you know exactly where you are going all the time.

Use backroads/less busy roads (if you can) to practice your lane changes. Those often got me. Use your car for the driving test if the center permits. A vehicle you understand will work easier for you.

They mostly look out for how well you understand road signs and obey them, your lane changes, distance from other vehicles, your parallel parking and adherence to speed limits.

What’s your favorite thing to eat outside of the house?
Mine is either Japanese or Indian.
Chinese is a second favorite.

I’ve never seen any African restaurants here. I haven’t heard great things about African restaurants outside of Africa anyway.
What could be the cause?

Here’s a new sushi place we discovered, with ALL YOU CAN EAT sushi. Somebody say alleluia. Love it. They have white tapioca in their bobba tea instead of black tapioca. Different experience but it was lovely. We’ll be going back.

I don't know what's in the first picture but it looks creamy and likely to taste good, and I'll have what's in the second picture with all pleasure, but that sushi ? I don't think I have the balls to try embarassed
Re: Food Section Derailer’s Paradise: All Food Lovers Are Welcome by cococandy(f): 5:29pm On Aug 04, 2019
First picture is just bobba milk tea with tapioca pellets in it. Tapioca is made from cassava.

I used to dislike sushi too. I still don’t eat raw sushi. I don’t think I will but never say never.

All the sushi I’ve ever tried are with cooked fish, crabs and shrimps. so it’s really just rice and cooked fish with other flavors like yummy seaweed, avocado, spicy sauce and what not.

I don’t know about raw sushi but cooked sushi is really delicious with a light taste. Sometimes I just want something with a light taste. Not too salty or sweet and heavy. Give it a try if you can.

My heart just they fail me.

Thanks alot for the tips

My DH just did his and he passed, so I am expected not to fail, still have alot to learn and all my movement requires driving.

Having been taking the test online and after few fails, been passing it 100%.

But scared for the offline physical test.

Thanks

When I think sushi, I think raw fish .
It's good to know that there are other options

Practice the physical test a few times as well before the main one. And if you don’t pass the first time, it’s not a big deal. You will get an opportunity to do it again and then you will have a better idea what they want as a good performance.

What state are you in?

Ah Ruinart blanc de blancs.
Very hard stuff to find.Do you have friends in California?
I think it will be easier to get there you know.
Showbiz, glam life,champagne...you know the drill na.
But shipping will add to the cost embarassed
Re: Food Section Derailer’s Paradise: All Food Lovers Are Welcome by cococandy(f): 11:50pm On Aug 04, 2019
I’ll find it don’t worry. No friends in California.
Found some online but they don’t ship to me.

I did find the rosé in wine store near me and they say they’ll notify me when the brut comes in.

So I’m waiting on them. The rosé looks like my jams though. If they don’t get brut, maybe I’ll just buy the Rosé. Looks yummy.

who said anything about brut? undecided
What I posted was "blanc de blancs" not brut.they are very different.
The brut comes in green bottles while the blanc de blancs or white of whites in English comes in transparent ones.
Your hand sweet sha grin
The rosé tastes nice too and a little bit too feminine but the blanc is just pure perfection.
Fine champagne for a fine woman

Oh lmao.

That’s how you know I don’t know anything about drinks. I meant that the blanc I was just mixing it up.

Okay. I’ll go back and search for the white of whites cheesy grin

I’m pretty sure they didn’t have it that day. Because the lady said that was the last bottle of ruinart left. But I’ll go

@ bold thanks
