Simple advice: learn to distract your attention with some other stuff. If APL shows, you will know. If alert meant for you shows, you will equally know.

Infact, that's the aim of any high-tier recruitment exercise but where major national sectors get it wrong is the politics.
A good number of stakeholders will bring in half baked products and mix them with lucky geniuses and the system become flawed again.
