Busola Dakolo has said she was forced by police at gun-point to sign a document countering her rape allegations against Commonwealth of Zion Assembly, COZA Pastor, Biodun Fatoyinbo.

In an interview with UK Guardian, she narrated how she was forced into a van by some armed men who mandated her to speak with their superior officer in Pidgin language.

She also recounted how she was handed a document containing allegations of “criminal conspiracy, falsehood, mischief and threat to life” to sign.

According to her, the contents of the letter were not levelled against Fatoyinbo but against she and her husband.

“One was holding a gun and the second, a letter. They told me they were from IG’s (inspector general of police) office in Abuja and that I needed to sign this letter and acknowledge it,” Dakolo said.

The incident, she said, occurred after a tinted mini bus followed her while she was driving into her home in Lagos.

“Our culture doesn’t allow speaking of these sorts of things against anointed men of God. They’d rather hide it, and the party that is being victimized tends to live with that self-blame,” she said.

“The damage on the survivor is extremely terrible but the society, the church, keeps sweeping things under the carpet.”

Busola, wife of Timi Dakolo, Nigerian singer, had alleged that the pastor raped her in Ilorin when she was a teenager.

Faced with the possible outcome of her moment with madness, and lack of evidence and possible prosecution she had no choice but to sign

The video couldn't play on my phone but I think the boy is wrong by beating his elder sis just because her mother chased his father away, and as for his uncle he shouldn't have slept with his landlord's daughter but I suggests the landlord should give him two weeks more then if he didn't pay his house rent,he should go and marry another wife before the igwe calls another village meeting, thank you.

Busola and Timi should stop beating about the bush, they should come out plain. Do they need another money? Their gofundme magas are at their service and are still willing to pay more.

I doubt this 100 percent. A case the First Lady and VIPs have signified Interest in, and you think the Inspector General of Police will smear his reputation by asking his boys to point a gun at your head or force you to sign anything? Madam I thought you are learned enough to know that your lawyer should always accompany you to the police station? Where was your lawyer when this was happening?

I no wan hear Busola or Fatoyinbo for my ear again, both of them should leave us alone! She has Ashia Buhari's support and baba falz connect, plus other celebrities that said they were going to help, let them all just deal with this gist once for all, or is the pastor bigger than all of ťhem put together? If timi says he's wife was raped and he stil doesn't know what to do then they shld forget biko. Or she telling us the matter has ended incase we dnt hear from her again?

This issue is getting messier and messier by the day.

Inasmuch as rape shouldn't be condoned, there is more to this story than meets the eye.

Talking about "being forced into a vehicle by armed men" and "one of them holding a gun while the other held a piece of paper" sounds like playing a twist of using choice words to achieve a certain aim.

At the end of everything though, the biggest losers here are the accuser and the accused as this matter will not leave them even in their old age. While for the rest of us, this is just a crude form of entertainment.

I do feel for their kids though.
