For girth, there is a different device. You can clamp to gain girth but it's a bit risky. You can gain girth with the bathmate or mityvav penis pump

I've been training length only for 1 year and 6months now and I'm currently at 8.1 inches bone press erect length. My length goal is 8.5 inches. I hope to get there by 25th January 2020 after which, I will switch over to girth exercise.

The reason why i suggest you focus on length first is because a thicker girth is very tough to grow length wise.

I sugest you don't buy an extender because it's too painful to use. Why not buy the Silistretcher? See photo of the silistretcher in action
