But nowadays my tummy is always swollen. I've tried incorporating fruits and I drink lots of water, I drink two satchet of water or more sometimes, I've reduced fried meals still no change.

I believe I'm suffering this ailment because as a teen I was always fond of indulging in late night meals, heavy meals like especially beans and bread, and my theory is that I've over worked my stomach, and upset the balance, I'm really suffering, as I type I'm not at ease at all...I'm always hearing noise in my stomach, lest I forget, I have been experiencing symptoms of ulcer for four to five years now.

Practitioners in the house I need your help on how to clean my colon of old faeces stuck inside my intestines, so I can be free, and feel light again, its impossible for me to lose weight because of it, when I don't eat well, I would get constipated for long term. And when I visit the loo, I would pass out very tiny stuff.

Please help a brother if you know anybody that has experienced this before and found a solution to it. God bless you all.

where will I even see money to get quality test done... There was one time I went for a scan erroneously.... Nothing came out of it. Wasted 7k for nothing that year. I'm tired and frustrated. Worse is my family think its a normal thing...they say I have a "strong tummy" sighs.

Buy Liquid paraffin from any pharmacy and drink as per prescription. It will aid stooling. I used to be constipated until a doctor prescribed it. Don't overuse. It can mess up your pants with oil.

this paraffin was always prescribed by the doctor didn't work shit. Thanks anyway

Do fruit fasting for like 7 days

if you take any hard drugs like tramadol or codeine kindly stop they cause constipation and you dont feel like eating and continous usage makes you develop ulcers

Can you try chewing your food to liquid form before swallowing? I used to have this constipation stuff, especially when I rush my food, but I started chewing my food in my mouth until it became liquid and swallow. I also used to drink mildly hot water after eating to aid digestion. Just try this stuff and see how it goes.

Drink enough water. Don't wait till you are thirsty before drinking water. Every early morning ensure you drink 2.5 litres of water. It will flush out the unwanted.

Have you heard of the words "urine therapy" before? It will do you a whole lot of goods to find out what it's all about. I have been using urine therapy for years now and it is very good for constipation related problems.

Your colon is clogged with toxins and probably slowed down by bad bacteria.

First step is to cleanse your colon.

Green juice : celery, cabbage, cucumber, ginger, Apple. Juice together. Take it on empty stomach for 3 days. You can even take only the juice throughout the day. You won't feel hungry.

If you still have difficulty going to toilet, take castor oil at Night. This will cause you to have movement in the morning.

Finally, buy probiotics to repopulate the colone with good bacteria.

Also eat more frequently. Every 3-4hrs to keep your digestive system active. Eat breakfast early enough.
